The US, creator and chief proliferator of nuclear weapons, uses them to dominate globally while opposing disarmament, spending trillions on modernization instead. Despite the UN Treaty banning nukes, the US fuels imperialist wars and nuclear escalation to sustain capitalist profits through militarism. Lasting security demands global solidarity and the defeat of US imperialism, not selective disarmament.

Since the US dropped an atomic bomb on Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, US imperialism has driven nuclear proliferation worldwide. Current nuclear flashpoints, such as Iran, show how the US continues to use nuclear blackmail to reinforce its dominance.Rhonda Ramiro (Mondoweiss)

It is also a bit crazy that the only cycling path in #Cairo is on that highway and it is just some paint on the ground. To reach the start of that path you have to cycle 50km from the center of the city and it is only in one direction! 😅
The big upcoming reveal will NOT be some political, computer, or financial slop.
What if it will be that the power structure has developed a race of highly intelligent and incredibly strong chimpanzees that will take over the world and keep you in line in the New World Order?
Or is this old news I missed?
The US economy is splitting in two. There’s a rip-roaring AI economy. And there’s a lackluster consumer economy. Last quarter, spending on AI outpaced the growth in consumer spending.
Yet, the whole 'AI economy' is itself a house of cards. Companies are losing hundreds of billions and all gains are in speculative valuation. The only winner here is Nvidia, and all it does is just flip Taiwan’s chips to cash-burning companies.

The "tacit emotional contract" refers to the unspoken agreements that often exist in relationships—those invisible terms and expectations that can deeply influence how we interact. 🌫️ These silent clauses can become toxic when one partner expects certain behaviors or feelings without ever expressing them openly. This lack of clarity can lead to misunderstandings, resentment, and emotional harm.
Recognizing these unsaid rules is a crucial step toward healthier connections. It's important to foster open dialogue about needs and boundaries instead of assuming or enforcing unspoken demands. 💬✨ Awareness empowers both partners to negotiate their emotional needs consciously, preventing the silent contract from becoming a source of pain.
If you suspect you're trapped in such a tacit contract, start by reflecting on what expectations feel unstated yet pressuring. Then, gently bring those feelings into conversation. Healing from these unspoken bindings can lead to more authentic, respectful relationships. 💖 #EmotionalHealth #NPD #HealingTogether

1967 yılında Türk-İş Konfederasyonundan ayrılan sendikalar, Devrimci İşçi Sendikalar Konfederasyonunu ‘DİSK’i kurdular. 12 Eylül NATO’cu, Amerikancı askeri darbe DİSK’i yasakladı, yöneticileri hapse atıldı. Tabii Kutsal Devletin ve sermayenin has örgütü olan TÜRK-İŞ’e dokunulmayacaktı… Üstelik TÜRK-İŞ’in genel sekreteri Sadık Şide askeri cunta hükümetinin çalışma bakanı yapıldı…

»The Israeli Government’s plan for a complete military takeover of the occupied Gaza strip must be immediately halted.

#America no longer had the capacity to enrich uranium.Pause. Rewind.
America no longer had the capacity to enrich uranium — I only learned myself this year — which meant it could no longer fuel itself without the help of foreign governments. Mostly, that placed us at the mercy of Europe, which refused to fuel our military bases. But we were also #buying enriched uranium from #Russia. In fact, we were buying it that very afternoon in November 2023, as war raged in #Ukraine. Our government hadn’t included enriched uranium in its initial sanctions against Russia on account of it really couldn’t. Fuel-dependence was not only a risk to our grid, but a risk to our national security.
#NuclearEnergy, despite its somewhat confusing status in our culture, where battles for its adoption are often waged with great, righteous indignation, as if attempting to persuade some alternative course for our civilization, presently accounts for nearly 20% of American energy production.
In labs across the country, reactors produce critically important medical isotopes for use in cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, and neurology. Then, military applications are obvious, as are their critical importance to our nation’s security, and require significantly greater enrichment than anything used by civilians.
In all of this, we need fuel. American companies used to enrich it. They no longer do. Today, nuclear enrichment is dominated by #Russia’s #Tenex (#Rosatom), #Europe’s #Urenco, #France’s #Orano, and #China’s #CNNC, all of which are state-backed or closely aligned with national governments. Here, a few (foreign operatives) would probably quibble. There is one plant in America. But while Europe’s Urenco operates a facility in #NewMexico, it uses European centrifuge tech and security protocols, which means — via braindead policy agreements — while there is technically some capacity to enrich on the U.S. mainland, our government doesn’t control that capacity, and can’t even use it to power our military bases.
But don’t worry, they’re working on it!
General Matter is a nuclear enrichment startup, which means once its enrichment facility is up and running in Paducah it will be producing fuel for nuclear power plants, including the classic giants cooked up in the 1950s and 1960s, as well as the sexy sleeker modern microreactors and small modular reactors (SMRs).
In the meantime, I suppose we could just buy some from #Iran. It’s a good thing that whole “totally destroying Iran’s nuclear infrastructure” thing was nothing more than an expensive sound-and-light show.
If it wasn’t already clear to you before, then it should be now that there is absolutely no way the USA is in any position to fight a war with either Russia or China. Free trade theory has entirely hollowed out not only its industrial infrastructure, but its military power as well.
The utter lunacy of the USA’s foreign policy pretensions can be seen by the fact that the USA still has no ability to enrich uranium. America no longer had the capacity to enrich uranium. Pause. Rewind.VD (Vox Popoli)

Right? like, people act as if we aren't capable of making useful judgements of people's abilities to do things we ourselves know how to do without making them do a completely separate thing that has nothing to do with the thing we're grading
When grading welds in shop class, we sure as shit didn't sit down with a test paper, the teacher fucking had us weld and then judged our results with a hammer.
