Y aquí viene lo más divertido, tras una respuesta en que me soltó un muro de texto, le escribí en el prompt "más despacio, vamos paso a paso" y os juro que el sistema colapsó, estuvo 5 minutos con un mensaje que ponía "optimizando iteración" sin sacar ningún output hasta que tuve que hacer click en un sitio que ponía "mostrar una respuesta más lenta²" y ahí sí me dio la respuesta.

En clase usamos durante (several) meses un editor que traía por defecto varias funciones "automatizadas" con un asistente (una IA metida a calzador de forma poco prudente).
Al principio yo y mi compañera de mesa (ambes reacies a su uso) no sabíamos que funcionaba así porque es un IDE bastante famoso y de pago, costando la licencia sobre 300€/año y como trae muchísimos plugins out-of-the-box no nos complicamos la vida los primeros días para prestar la atención necesaria en clase.
Meses después nos paramos un día a husmear porque a veces se colgaba de manera preocupante ya que fin de cuentas es un editor de texto con esteriodes PERO es un editor de texto XD, pues bien, usa uno de estos asistentes para indexar el proyecto completo y si te falta un plugin de algún lenguaje/framework y no entiende la extensión de archivo de este, peta bastante a menudo, corrompiendo a veces cositas que no debe.
Desactivé los 5 asistentes, cada uno para una nimiedad mas absurda que la anterior y desde entonces (febrero-marzo) no se me colgó ni 1 sola vez.

The equivalent exists on Bluesky too, and considering all you have to do is either follow an account or grant brid.gy permission like any other app, there's no excuse to not use it.

In just the same way that the protocols of the web are free so we don’t have Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. And the protocols of email are free so when Gmail says your email address is spam it’s meaningless because you can still email anyone in the world (apart from the three people in Iceland who use Gmail, those losers!) Thankfully, we live in a system where companies that have billions or trillions of dollars and economies of scale have zero advantages as long as the protocols are free.
