De manière plus générale, cela pose la question de la gestion de l'Ile de Loisirs qui va passer en Délégation de Service public (système qu'on connait trop bien pour l'eau): la collectivité délègue pour X années la gestion au privé qui vient à condition d'être assuré de faire un profit annuel conséquent. Les considérations d'intérêt général et de service public deviennent des contraintes qui entament la rentabilité et sont rapidement évacuées. Les élus d'opposition à SQY semblent suivre le dossier: leparisien.fr/yvelines-78/ile-… (article payant, je n'ai pas accès).

On peut s'attendre à ce que le lieu change radicalement de nature, ce sera un gros bouleversement pour beaucoup de personnes qui y ont leurs habitudes.

Pour rappel, suite au projet de stade du PSG à l'Ile de Loisirs (projet abandonné aujourd'hui), un collectif existe pour défendre l'Ile de Loisirs:

On the 24th day of the trial, August 13, 2025, Daniela Klette read a statement, an excerpt of which we reproduce below (see in full here). At the same time, a rally was held near the court in support of the former RAF member who has lived in hiding for 30 years.

[…] Since my arrest, the police and prosecutor’s office have fuelled the myth that we are dangerous to society, unscrupulous and ready to kill, with false allegations, such as the alleged discovery of explosives in my apartment – which they have never denied, although no explosives were found.

By insinuating that we were particularly dangerous, the Federal Prosecutor’s Office has created a militarized judicial framework.

The aim here is to revive and reactivate the memories and negative images of previous trials against RAF activists. This was already evident enough in Celle and is further underlined here in Verden-Eitze by the Rambow-like transport and the heightened security measures.

Even if the court wants to present itself as apolitical, it is the political context that determines this trial: the hostile image of the RAF and the enormity of having escaped the grip of the state for more than 30 years constitute the framework. […]

@graf I'm stressing out. I just got a text message from the airline saying that due to labour strikes by Air Canada flight attendants, my flight has been cancelled. I didn't pay for travel insurance with my flight booking so I'm pretty sure I am screwed and can't get a refund. I don't know if I should book a different flight or not, still waiting to talk to an agent about my cancelled flight

Not just regulated but properly secured against people who don't care about regulations.

Also, what if your health insurance does not cover the cost but the price drops by half if the company can use all the data you produce "to improve their service"?

What if "participation" in this stuff becomes non-optional? Or, you know, compliance is done Microsoft-style, where they make a "reasonable" effort to obey the letter of the law unless there's a good business reason not to?
Or your employer requires you use the interface?

Nope. Those things need proper open-sourced e2e encryption, and even then they could probably be used for horrible things. Once your captor punishes you for your thoughts, you'll learn to control them in ways you didn't think possible.

I'm actually scared they might already have been asked, and answered in the wrong way.

Ultimately, I wonder if the economic incentive is actually in helping people who otherwise have difficulties to communicate, or in human/machine interfaces and human communication that could benefit from not requiring body movements or spoken words because it's quiet and invisible, and could be triggered faster. That is: military stuff.
