So I am not on a Diet™️ because those things never work for me, but I am trying to replace my usual afternoon snacking with like... stuff that isn't as loaded with sugar and carbs

My big kick recently is a block of tofu for ridiculously cheap (like sub-80yen), cut into quarters, one block a day, covered in sliced chives, a dollop of garlic (I buy these in a tube), and soy sauce. It's good, it's salty, it gives me brain power for the afternoon, highly recommend
