Sal, the Head Chef in our Kitchen made a couple varieties of Wraps for my lunch and he did it early because I have to take my lunch with me today.
I'm heading out to Long Lake with the Geologist as he is taking more readings in the area we are looking for underground openings we could potentially lose our lake in. Better Safe than sorry.

He and I are having lunch together today. There is a beautiful look out spot near there. The lake will hold around 400 acres of water when filled and the deep area will be about 35 feet to 40 feet deep. There will be a beach along one side and there will be fishing all around it.

We are building a Recreational area there for all of us at the Ranch to enjoy. But first, we have to dig it out and fill it.

Part of the dig has already been lined with Bentonite Clay to seal the bottom. We drilled a 6 inch well, 600+ feet deep just for filling the lake. The well will keep the lake full, all the time.

There will be a spill way leading to an area we want to plant tall Bamboo that will not freeze out in the winter. We'll see how that works!
