simdutf seems like good breakthrough stuff, able to process 3x more characters / dT than icu ...

But even then, simplistic conception is that when something rotates it returns to the original position, when it is not true, nothing ever returns to what it was, something always has changed so not two moments are identical in anything. Not only celestial bodies rotate around themselves and around others they also oscillate around axis of rotation, as if they are shaking on rubber mounts.
But all this relates to how we see humanity and its development, history, why things happen. If we can't relate the natural world with the social/political/economic processes I really think we are hopelessly lost in a smokey blur.
