Es gab dazu einen informativen Post von @khaleesicodes. Das Nein zur anlasslosen Chatkontrolle impliziert, dass die Chatkontrolle mit Anlass durchaus noch im Scope sein könnte. Sobald allerdings Anbieter dazu gezwungen werden, Hintertüren einzubauen um die Chatkontrolle mit Anlass zu ermöglichen, ist hier Missbrauch Tür und Tor geöffnet.
Besser wäre ein generelles Nein zu jeglicher Art von Chatkontrolle gewesen.

Other considerations include the “invasion” of the country.
Previous cases where the Trump administration has used this as a defense – in California and Oregon - have failed, as judges ruled that these conditions had not been met and that the use of the National Guard was unwarranted.
