This is the traditional 4 Blade makeup of the "Congress" knife pattern. There are also Half Congress knives with just one Sheepsfoot Blade and 1 Pen Blade. Or even 6 bladed Congress knives that add a Spey and a Coping Blade. Or more modern variants that change one of the Sheepsfoot Blades to a Spear Point Blade.
