I brought a ribeye and twice baked home and couldnt eat by 1/3rd of the potato and 1/2 the steak.
My intermittent fasting has shrunk my stomach.
I have virtually no hunger pangs either. It's very easy to maintain this. I do it 4 or 5 days a week and then eat as and how I want on my weekend. I try not to get crazy on the weekend, but Im not strict like on intermittent fasting days.
Ive been losing some more weight and my fatty liver is clearly visible as it pokes out farther on that side of my belly. But Im gonna fix this fatty liver and get back into top shape.
