.08 x 25 => 8 / 100 x 25 => .08 x 100 x 25 / 100 => 8 x .25

Rewrite: (x * (1 / 100)) * y
Associativity: x * ((1 / 100) * y)
Commutativity: x * (y * (1 / 100))
Commutativity: (y * (1 / 100)) * x
Rewrite: y% of x
