🚨 Gjovik v Apple update!!! ⚖️

We're now suing Apple again, more, from another angle, with six new claims, & adding a city in the mix.

Today, I filed my sixty day notice of a US EPA Citizen Suit under RCRA, Clean Air Act, TSCA, Clean Water Act, & EPCRA.

If the US DOJ doesn't file suit in 60-day, I will, & I'll also add a Public Nuisance claim, be appointed pseudo-public prosecutor.

Right now I am 'upgrading' a couple of laptops to Win11. And working with that 'TPM' crap. They will be dual boot... anyhoo,
In the near future, Mickeysoft is requiring mfrs to make 'secure' booting a requirement that cannot be disabled.
This means that any computer you buy now will be ready for the landfill in 5 years. You can't upgrade because Mickeysoft withdrew support and nothing else will run.

Farmers have been fighting the Deere compamy over a similar issue in $250,000.00 farm machines. And Monsanto with its GM pollen taking over neighboring farms like Jewish settlers...

If you cared about the environment you'd be fighting this 'intellectual property' and the rentier class the pushes it. The landfill does not need more tractors and we do not need the pollution from manufacturing throw-away technology.

As for your complaint ... didn't you used to say fluoride is good for you?
