A decision to drop criminal charges against fans of Maccabi Tel Aviv football club has ignited controversy in the Netherlands.

Dutch prosecutors took the decision after CCTV footage showing violent behavior by Israeli hooligans toward Muslim women last November was found to have been ERASED.
