I'm sorry but WHY is it so hard to figure out how the network is configured on a modern Debian 12 server? The ip address and interface config is not found anywhere in /etc but somehow it exists and uses the correct static IP on boot
why the hell did Debian/Linux have to make it so complicated to configure the network? There should be one way and ONLY one way
edit: it was actually DHCP by the way, which was also nowhere to be found
