Everything that is happening is horrific, and yet, some people actually pride themselves on ignoring it. We should keep pointing it out anyway.

This is why I get irate when people don't want to hear about these kinds of things. The country is ablaze, and somehow, pulling the fire alarm is seen by many as being "too negative," "complaining" and "too focused on the fire."

Between 1991 and 2001 I spent one or two vacations per year in the U.S. and I held a visa without any expiry date.

On my first visit after 9/11 they physically destroyed my visa and wanted me to watch. I got the message and never came back.

Hear, hear! I'm also living in one of the worst red states, and served the U.S. in uniform and in civil service (now retired).

I urge all global citizens to strenuously avoid coming to the U.S. for any reason, if at all possible. Do not come. We are in end state fascist takeover. Do not come.

Why, oh why are people still going to the USA unless they have literally no other option.

I'm in Canada and 99.999% of the people I know have zero plans to ever go to the USA again.

There are many border state governors and other officials coming to Canada to express how much they love us (they don't .. it's just our dollars they love). They're even running ads and billboards in our local communities. They can't get it through their skulls that we don't want to risk our freedom and safety dealing with the Stasi/SS assholes at the border. Fuck the USA. They elected this Orange Shit Stain. Now they need to deal with the consequences of their disgusting choices.

Until the Malignant Slug is out of office and real change is made we will not travel to your country.

The Globe and Mail aka "Canada's National Newspaper" just ran a newspaper editorial saying just that.

This was sparked by news that American border states want Canadians to return, but the newspaper basically told people it was too dangerous.

It's sad, but here we are.

They had many years to practice on a group of people called homeless. Concentration camps for homeless, called tiny house villages started popping up with "privacy" fencing. Laws that basically say, go to a "shelter" or go to jail.

To top it off, every time I post something like this picture, people get pissed at me or just ignore it.

When they come for YOU, you will be begging us homeless people to help.

It's the gratuitous and expensive cruelty that gets me.

Once there is a decision to deny entry (for whatever reason, real or imagined), the cheapest and most humane option is to put the person on the first available flight back home.

But no, ICE elect to be cruel and waste public funds.

I told my old man to make sure he took a burner phone instead of his regular one, and not log in to social media on it ... just in case he ended up guilty by association (to me) of being a terrorist.

I'm probably going to have to collect these ICEsheets for evidence to try and convince him that that next cruise just isn't worth it ... get the one that goes from Canada to Mexico instead...

I haven’t traveled in a plane in over a decade due to climate concerns. You could argue it was therefore, a long time ago that from the UK I decided I would never visit the US again.

But in the last couple of years that feeling has only intensified. But I am unsure how many of my fellow Brits feel the same way about the country. I would imagine Reform voters would assume they had nothing to fear, where as Labour, Lib Dems and Green Party supporters are more cautious.

This is not a surprise.

I have been saying for months to not travel to/from the US.

Of course I said to 'Stop the Planes' in 2020 to reduce the spread of Covid, but few got the memo then either.

I have never planed to visit America, no matter if MAGA or whatsoever. You don't need to beg. Europe and thr world is the place to be for me.

But I must correct you here, it's not a Nazi Zombie running around.

Its always a proud American that has slauthered and enslaved blacks, invaded countries based on lies and that spreads hate, intolerance and war on the entire planet.
I see no reason to visit a county, that has spread so much hate since I'm alive.
