if i love [apples] but don't care if someone else has one, do i still love apples?

there's nothing inherent in the definition of freedom that means you are obligated to care if someone else also enjoys said freedom

the word she is looking for is "empathy" you lack empathy. loving privilege would be something else. maybe you don't love the fact that you have freedom and someone else doesn't- you just don't care.

the argument is a red herring, virtue signal, twists definitions and is just a basic leftist trash take
