Without following social and greek media but just the fediverse as source for news, already met dozens of cases of provocative actions of #zionazis who go for tourism (or terrorism maybe...) in #Greece. They spread hatred and threats all around and especially against working people. Be aware and act accordingly against fascists.

#Heraklion: Israeli "tourists" told the waitress that if she doesn't change her shirt they won't tip her

Provocations of #zioNaZis.
#Volos, #Greece: "At noon on Tuesday I was at the swimming pool and headed to the small pool area where our children used to change. That's where the team members from Israel were, some were coming out of the pool others were changing in the stands. Forced to pass between them, I said the phrase "Free Palestine". I said it but I didn't shout it. At that moment 2-3 people turned around and looked at me and started talking to me intensely and asking me what I said, and then more people gathered. The expressions and gestures that followed from their side afterwards were quite vulgar, and at one point a female athlete, she was not 12 years old hit me on the head with a bag, not hard, but she hit me, and an older teammate picked her up further. Then the coach of the team approached, using the expression "shut up"."

The parents of children of this pool wrote: "When other Municipalities around the world prove their dignified attitude, choosing the right side of history, and decide to cut all ties with the genocidal formation, while respecting the decisions of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, the Municipality of Volos displaces its citizens and shakes bloody hands."

Plomari, #Lesvos: Local businesses expressing solidarity with #Palestine are targeted by #Zionists. According to complaints from residents and workers, in recent weeks there have been cases of aggressive behaviour, negative and defamatory comments on online platforms and direct intimidation of workers by people of Israeli origin.

...The incident came to a head when a store employee was subjected to ironic comments and insulting treatment inside the store by members of a family of Israeli visitors. One young man mockingly called her a "supporter", leaving clear hints about her political stance, and shortly afterwards his mother allegedly stopped her in the street to take a photo and directed an ironic remark at her, which was seen as a clear attempt at intimidation.
Reactions in the local community were immediate. Residents expressed their strong annoyance at the occurrence of such phenomena, stressing that Plomari was and remains a hospitable place, but not a silent one. Village society, they argue, has historically demonstrated solidarity, humanity and political sensitivity, and will not be silent in the face of pressure or intimidation practices.

Israeli settler Stav Ben-Shushan was vacationing with his wife at Bolivar Beach in Alimos, near #Athens. He told reporters that a Syrian man approached them, shouted “Free Palestine” and “I am Hamas,” and began filming them. Later, he claimed, the man assaulted him and bit off part of his ear.

Greek police arrested both men.

While chants like “Free Palestine” are common at protests and among activists, the phrase “I am Hamas” feels oddly theatrical, especially in the context of a random beach encounter.

In recent months, dozens of viral videos have shown Israeli travelers being confronted by pro-#Palestine demonstrators around the world. In many of those cases, Israelis were seen provoking, mocking, or even physically assaulting protesters, only to later claim they were the victims. The pattern of escalation, followed by selective storytelling, has become increasingly familiar.

It's obviously another provocation by a zionazi. These incidents have nothing to do with #antisemitism. All of them are #antifascist.

isn't "israeli settler" just a nice way of saying "ethnic cleansing land thief"?

Would you like someone to come along, beat your family up and steal your house at gunpoint, while they were backed up with the might of an entire army? And if you raised a hand against them you would be labelled as a terrorist and shot.

Would you still use the term "settler" for that person?

The trick of declaring war against the armed resistance and then attacking the resisters’ unarmed kin as well as the surrounding population with the most gruesome products of Death-Science — this trick is not new. American Pioneers were pioneers in this too; they made it standard practice to declare war on indigenous warriors and then to murder and burn villages with only women and children in them. This is already modern war, what we know as war against civilian populations; it has also been called, more candidly, mass murder or genocide.

Maybe I shouldn’t be surprised that the perpetrators of a Pogrom portray themselves as the victims, in the present case as victims of the Holocaust.

...If I went on I would probably come to results already found by W. Reich in his study of the mass psychology of Fascism. It galls me that a new Fascism should choose to use the experience of the victims of the earlier Fascism among its justifications.

This is huge. It's a guideline for all who stand against #genocide and #colonization.

"Israeli embassy staff in #Greece have been evacuated from their homes in Athens. The decision follows protests and rising anger over Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

A senior Israeli security official confirmed the evacuation to Israel Hayom. The official cited “the situation in Greece” as the reason.

Public outrage is growing. Greek citizens are calling for an end to Israel’s genocide against the Palestinian people.

A major protest movement, March to #Gaza, declared August 10 a national day of action. Demonstrations will take place across Greek islands and tourist hotspots.

In a statement, March to Gaza said:

“The Greek people will not remain silent in the face of genocide committed by #Israel with the support of the West and the Greek government.”

The movement urged citizens to turn islands, beaches, mountain peaks, and shelters into spaces of #solidarity."

As the thread describes clearly, there is a huge problem of zionist aggressive, racist, provocative behavior in greece. They went to greece to occupy another land.

PS. Dutch intelligence alerted for alleged serious Israeli threat against the state - but the Dutch government supports israel.
