Wrong. Aside from unvaxxed and even some vaxxed getting serious, pos fatal acute, there is immune damage that persists which may result in cancers (like HPV, EBV infections) and higher risk of worse outcomes from flu, fungal disease, etc. And that immune damage may be lifelong for many-we just don't know yet.
