The normal and plain reading of Article II section 2 clause 1 of the US constitution grants the president the power to grant repreives (reduction or elimination of punishment) or Pardons for offenses against the United States. Nowhere is it stated or implied that these can be preemptive. In fact when taken with the principle of innocent until proven guilty, there is no offense to be pardoned until AFTER a conviction. I dont believe it was intended to be preemptive and see no grant of such power.

Saw some interesting discussion that calls into question the legality of a pardon for undiscovered/charged crimes. Seems this flies in the face of the whole "Innocent until proven Guilty" concept.

In the big scheme of things, Hunter is a small fish, the bagman at best. At the end of the day it just politicians doing politician things, an was too stupid to avoid getting caught.

The real crime will be pardons for the big "Get Trump" gang. Congress, FBI, intelligence, CDC, etc...

Getting Away With It
I am sitting here watching all those people who committed crimes in Politics for the last 4 years, getting away with it. Hunter Biden was pardoned. I am told that Fauci is looking at a potential pardon. I wish I were that lucky. I do a couple of robberies and the bat locks me up in here. So what that a few people blew up in the bombs I placed to get into the joint. Actually, one was pretty funny, me watching him fly 10 feet in the air. But I digress....

These guys, Hunter, Fauci, Brennan, Hillary Clinton all commit crimes that are larger than life. I have to sit here watching them get off scott free....

I have pleaded with the system to allow me to be the one to administer my brand of justice, but I constantly am turned down. I'll tell ya, if they ever let me, not only will justice be served but you will probably be laughing at the mayhem I cause.....

Ich beziehe mich im Folgenden ausschließlich auf diesen Beitrag:

Ich finde dieser ist ein modernes Kunstwerk. Aber warum? Das versuche Ich seit Monaten zu verstehen.

Man könnte sich überlegen zum Anfang in die Sommerzeit, wie zum Übergang bei anderen Jahreszeiten z.B. in den Winter („Jetzt übernimmt der andere rote Mann”), einen humorösen Beitrag zu teilen. Auch ein vermenschlichendes Bild, welches einen in einer Alltagssituation zeigt, wäre hier angebracht. Sie entschieden sich für eine Zwischenlösung: Ein vollkommen künstlich geschaffenes Bild, in dem man Sie mit einem Stock-Bild Eis in die Hand editiert, sieht, vor einem dunkel bewölkten Weinberg, der mit Sommerlichkeit wenig zu tun hat.

Ich frage mich welche kreative oder auch politische Entscheidung zu der Entstehung dieses Bildes geführt hat. Ist dies eine unterschwellige Kritik am Klimawandel? Konnten Sie sich kein echtes Eis leisten?

I'm not an introvert but gyms aren't really for me, they make me feel self conscious in a way I don't like (I'm not an exhibitionist either, though I do enjoy performing as part of a team). I do yoga, bike (except now it's snowed that will be a lot less), walk and do some hand weights sometimes. I need to work in some swimming now it's winter here and more weight bearing exercise.

(s.z.B. schleswig-holstein.de/DE/lande… ). Passt ja ganz genau zu dem Thema Open-Source-Technologien im staatlichen Kontext. Der CIO ist auch hier auf Mastodon: @CIO

Auch könnte man auf die Reform des Vergaberechts hinweisen die eine Bevorzugung von OpenSource vorsieht.

Dr. Redder hatte den schönen Versprecher "Henne und Hai-Problem" ;-)

Neulich gab es eine Ausschusssitzung wo eine Sachverständige abgelehnt hat der #afd zu antworten. (Finde das Posting leider nicht mehr.) Das hätte man heute auch machen oder anders thematisieren können.

@synapsenkitzler @sovtechfund @CIO @TabeaRoessner zu Deinem Punkt zu den Fragen der AfD: Die Sachverständigen werden in der Einladung des Ausschusssekretariats ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie die Fragen aller Abgeordneten beantworten müssen. Das ist wohl eine neue Regelung (ich meine, ich hätte neulich irgendwo was dazu gelesen, dass das nach den Vorfällen der Vergangenheit so eingeführt wurde).
