Communique by Mapuche Political Prisoners in Temuco Prison on Raids, Beatings and Transfers
In the face of raids, brutal beatings and unjustified transfers, Mapuche Political Prisoners in the Temuco prison charge that these events are part of a broader strategy that seeks to dismantle the existing community modules in Chilean prisons.
“PUBLIC STATEMENT BY MAPUCHE POLITICAL PRISONERS, CCP TEMUCO COMMUNITY MODULE
The Mapuche political prisoners held in the Temuco prison salute our traditional authorities, Pu Lonko, Pu Werken and Pu Machi, as well as the communities in resistance, and declare the following:
On Monday, March 31, at approximately 10:30 a.m., we were violently raided in the first instance by officials of this penal facility, who were later reinforced by personnel of the U.S.E.P.
As a result of this act, innumerable damages were caused, such as the destruction of furniture, the theft of sporting goods, the arbitrary and excessive use of tear gas, and various physical and verbal aggressions (verbatim words of Lieutenant Martínez and Sergeant Ramírez: “Indios Culiaos, Indios Perkines”).
The most affected peñi was Rodrigo Cáseres Salamanca, who underwent surgery on his right arm less than six months ago and is still in the process of rehabilitation. However, this was not an impediment for the Gendarmerie officials, who continued with the beating without any consideration.
Despite their state of health, the Peñi Rodrigo Cáseres Salamanca, Patricio Queipul and Anthu Llanca were transferred to three different prisons: Angol, Valdivia and Concepción. Where they were sent to maximum security modules, without the right to TV or radio, with a regime of 22 hours of solitary confinement, and 2 hours of courtyard.
It should be noted that the latter two were recently acquitted of a set-up orchestrated by the Gendarmerie of the Angol prison.
We see with this as a first conclusion that the orchestrators of the raid were: the recently transferred Lieutenant Hernández from the concessioned prison of Concepción, who on Monday, March 31, occupied the position of deputy warden, the operational chief of the OSI Mijail Morales, the non-commissioned officer Martínez and Sergeant Ramírez, directed and protected by Néstor Flores, regional director of the gendarmerie.
It is evident that what happened is part of a provocative maneuver directed against the Mapuche political prisoners, and we know that this is only one piece of a broader strategy that seeks to dismantle the existing modules of community members in the Chilean prisons located in our Wallmapu.
This intention is clearly demonstrated by the modifications in the internal regime that will be implemented arbitrarily, without prior notice and under the direction of Lieutenant Hernández. Added to this is the daily harassment to which we are subjected, which is manifested through sanctions that are not officially recorded, which rather respond to racist attributions on the part of Gendarmerie officials.
This strategy is also supported by the entire political class, which acts at the service of business interests, the gendarmerie is nothing more than a puppet institution of political interests and the business community.
We demand that our status as Mapuche political prisoners be respected, as well as our culture, social practices and worldview. Ratified by ILO Convention 169.

Deux jours plus tard, le 4 avril, Pékin riposte, en adoptant une mesure symétrique sur tous les produits américains, à effet immédiat le 10 avril.
La Chine contre-attaque : surtaxe, exportations stratégiques et chocs boursiers
Dans ce nouvel épisode de la guerre commerciale, la Chine a annoncé le 4 avril 2025 qu’elle appliquerait un droit de douane additionnel de 34 % sur toutes les importations américaines à partir du 10 avril. Cette mesure vient s’ajouter aux droits existants, portant la taxation cumulative à un niveau rarement atteint.
Selon le ministère des Finances chinois, « un droit de douane supplémentaire de 34 % sera imposé en plus du taux des droits de douane actuellement applicables », relate Le Parisien. Pourquoi ?
– Entre 1919 et 1923 dans l’OUEST de l’Ukraine les anciennes possessions austro-hongroises, comme la Galicie, sont devenues polonaises. (voir carte ci-dessus).
– 1939 , Ces territoires furent largement occupés par les armées staliniennes qui ont semé la terreur.
– 1941 : En conséquence, les habitants de ces régions accueillent les troupes allemandes à bras ouverts, comme des libérateurs. Mais les nazis méprisaient les Slaves presque autant que les juifs. Cependant ils instrumentalisent la haine du stalinisme et de la Russie des populations de ces régions. Ça fonctionne parfaitement si bien que 200 000 Ukrainiens intégrèrent les rangs de la SS. Le massacre de Babi Yar, proche banlieue de Kiev, fut perpétré par les nazies et leurs collaborateurs Ukrainiens qui se montrèrent fort zélés. Les SS ukrainiens de la Division Galicie tristement célèbres en France, restèrent jusqu’au bout fidèles au Reich, malgré les problèmes momentanés entre leur leader Bandera et les hitlériens... À la fin de la guerre, un maquis d’ex-nazis ukrainiens combattit les Soviétiques jusqu’en 1955. Avec l’implosion de l’URSS les idées nationalistes et hitlériennes, enfouies au sein des familles, ressurgirent. La formation scolaire des jeunes générations allait reprendre toute une thématique bandériste pour se distinguer, souvent assez artificiellement, des « Russes ». C années avant l’intervention Russe, ces partis vont mener campagne pour interdire aux Russophones majoritaires en Ukraine de parler leur langue. Sans se préoccuper des nombreux couples mixtes, qui persécutés, se terrent...
– 27 mai 1997, est signé l'acte fondateur Otan-Russie. Cet accord de coopération et de partenariat vise à construire une paix durable en Europe. Avec sa signature l'Otan affirme "n'avoir aucune intention […] de déployer des armes nucléaires sur le territoire des nouveaux membres décrochés de l’ex URSS", ni d'y stationner des forces de combat permanentes.
31 décembre 1999, Vladimir Poutine rassuré tente d'abord un rapprochement avec l'Alliance atlantique. De plus, tout en restant indépendante, la Russie exprime aussi le souhait de se rapprocher de l’Union Européenne. Mais l’OTAN en violation des accord signés, continue d’implanter des bases sur le territoire des pays de l’ex URSS et d’avancer vers les frontières de la Fédération de Russie. Toutes les cartes de géographie l’attestent ! Il est évident que l’adhésion de l’Ukraine à l’OTAN dans les conditions actuelles menacerait manifestement la sécurité de la Russie . Vladimir Poutine et les dirigeants de pays dans sa sphère d’influence se sentent piégés et perdent toute confiance aux accords conclus avec l’ancienne administration américaine. Ils vont changer de position. Avec le président Poutine ils se tournent vers le sud global, l’Inde, la Chine et l’Afrique et participent à la création des BRICS.
– Mais le 21 novembre 2013 L’Ukraine se trouve en situation de quasi-cessation de paiement et a besoin d’au moins 35 milliards de dollars. Cependant, le président Ianoukovitch avait du mal à expliquer cela à la population, alors que depuis plusieurs années, tous les médias avaient diffusé l’idée que le partenariat avec l’Union Européenne permettrait rapidement de lutter contre la corruption, de réformer la justice et d’augmenter le niveau de vie... mais n’ayant rien à espérer du côté de l’union Européenne, le gouvernement décide alors de se tourner vers la Russie. Cette décision va allumer la mèche. D’autant que depuis 1991 les populations pauvres de l’ouest ultra nationalistes voient le bloc des droites, et les milices Bandéristes anti Russes comme un recours .
Le 8 février 2014, des centaines de manifestants affluent vers « Le Maidan» place de l’indépendance à Kiev, où se sont déroulées les manifestations de la révolution orange 10 ans auparavant .

Au début, malgré la division, entre fédéraliste de l’est et nationalistes « anti Russe » de l’ouest, tout le monde convenait que la situation était intenable et aspirait à des salaires décents et de bons services en éducation et santé. Les masses allaient se soulever contre des élites politiques discréditées après vingt ans de pouvoir corrompu et rivalités entre clans et oligarques. Les manifestants veulent sincèrement et naïvement « l’Europe, l’Europe, l’Europe » en sautant comme des cabris, comme disait de Gaulle, alors que ce n’était plus de cela qu’il s’agissait, mais bel et bien d’un coup d’état, organisé par les « partis du bloc droit ». « La fable des manifestants pacifiques, des étudiants auxquels des grand-mères apportent des pavés avec le goûter » rapporté par la presse occidentale sont démenties par les images de drapeaux à croix gammées, autres démonstrations para militaires et des slogans du genre : « Les Russes sont génétiquement programmés pour le vol, l’assassinat, le viol » etc...Cette haine des Ukrainiens de l’ouest contre les populations russophones d’Ukraine sera instrumentalisée par l’union Européenne et l’ancienne administration américaine ... de plus, le nouveau gouvernement prendra le relais : Interdiction des partis d’oppositions favorables à une UKRAINE fédérale ; report des élections, ; interdiction de parler le Russe ; emprisonnement des militants ouvriers et communistes ... La violence et ce discours raciste antirusse devient de plus en plus violent atteint des proportions intolérables.
– 2 MAI 2014 LE MASSACRE D’ODESSA ( Silence radio dans nos médias !) « Cette ville portuaire du sud, riche d’un folklore et de particularités fortes connues dans tout le monde russophone, compte évidemment de nombreux partisans de la fédéralisation de l’Ukraine qui aurait évité l’intervention Russe. et permis à l’Ukraine de garder la Crimée et le Donbass . Certains d’entre eux manifestaient et distribuaient des tracts pour la fédéralisation de l’Ukraine sur des stands installés devant la Bourse du travail locale. Au même moment des partisans du parti pour l’Ukraine unie, vraisemblablement renforcés par des commandos des radicaux de Secteur droit et bandéristes venus d’ailleurs selon des habitants d’Odessa, manifestaient aussi. Ils s’en prirent violemment à leurs adversaires qui en se défendant tuèrent un des assaillants.3 Les commandos anti-fédéralistes, dont certains armés, soutenus par des partisans du Maïdan et bénéficiant d’une passivité totale de la police, pourchassèrent les partisans de la fédéralisation dans la Bourse du travail, assassinant certaines personnes en leur tirant dessus et mettant le feu au bâtiment avec des cocktails Molotov afin que les autres brûlent vifs. Ceux qui tentaient de s’échapper par les fenêtres et arrivaient vivants en bas étaient lynchés à coups de battes de base-ball. Une femme de ménage de la Bourse du travail fut étranglée avec des fils électriques par un gros bras, vraisemblablement membre de Secteur droit : on entendait hurler la pauvre femme du dehors; l’assassin masqué se montrait ensuite, les hurlements ayant cessé, à la fenêtre saluant et acclamé par les assaillants ; une photo du cadavre donnant à penser que la femme était enceinte fut ensuite publiée. Au total, 46 personnes avaient été tuées dont au moins 38 brûlées vives ; bien 200 blessés recensés. » Bref !!! . dès le mois de février 2014 les partisans de la fédération s’organisèrent pour se défendre, pendant 6 années les populations Russophone subiront brimades , interdiction de parler leur langue ... repressions, bombardements (30 000 morts environ dans les deux camps entre 2014 et 2022). En réalité la guerre contre les populations Russe a commencé en 2014... les populations de l’ouest favorables à une fédéralisation de l’Ukraine étaient traitées en sous citoyens et devant tant de haine et de racisme « anti Russe» ils n’ont cessé de faire appel à la Russie afin qu’elle vienne à leur secours. Ils auront attendu 6 années... Questions Mis à part YouTube et les nouvelles chaines alternatives quel parti politique, quel syndicat ont informé la population sur ces quelques repères que nous avons mis en lumière dans cette première partie ...et que chacune et chacun peut vérifier en s’informant à plusieurs sources... Dans la deuxième partie de la même façon nous mettrons en évidence les repères qui ont provoqué cette guerre fratricide. Bref ! Ceux qui veulent continuer la guerre ne sont pas selon nous les amis des Ukrainiens ... Pour qui roulent-ils au risque de réduire La France et l’Europe en cendre ?
