I further find that: (1) Plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits because Abrego MalGarcia was remove El Salvador in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act, specifically,U.S.C. § 1231(b)(3)(A), and without any legal process; (2) his continued presence in El Salvador for obvious reasons, constitutes irreparable harm; (3) the balance of equities and the public interest weigh in favor of returning him to the United States; and (4) issuance of a preliminary injunction without further delay is necessary to restore him to the status quo and to avoid ongoing irreparable harm resulting from Abrego Garcia's unlawful removal. For the reasons stated above, the Court hereby DIRECTS Defendants to return Abrego Garcia to the United States no later than 11:59 PM on April 7th, 2025. Accordingly, it is this 4th day of April, 2025, by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, hereby ORDERED that: 1. Feudalism is where someone with a castle (a walled fortress) and armed men with steel weapons and horses offers to defend farmers in exchange for part of their crop each year. Often, those protected are forced to accept the bargain.

We have something like this now with Apple Computer. It's called Techno-feudalism. They offer their users some protection against invasions of their privacy in exchange for large amounts of money (high prices for Apple products and 30% of software purchases). Of course, like the feudalists of the Middle Ages, they offer no protection against themselves.

Elon Musk doesn't offer to defend anyone against anything. He isn't any kind of feudalist.

die wichtigste erkenntnis ist wahrscheinlich, dass llms – obwohl sie immer nur das nächste token ausspucken – den output durchaus bis zu ende planen. beim gedichtsschreiben wird immer erst der endreim gesucht und dann ein semantischer pfad dahin gesucht. (dichten so nicht die meisten?)

(mir war eigentlich immer klar, dass da planung von statten gehen muss. ohne planung bekommt man texte nicht so kohärent hin)

En réponse aux intimidations de Trump, la Namibie a annulé l'entrée sans visa pour les voyageurs américains, une mesure diplomatique audacieuse pour les empêcher de voler illégalement ses minéraux.

À compter d’aujourd’hui, le 1er avril, le gouvernement namibien exigera que chaque citoyen américain entrant en Namibie soit muni d’un visa.

Tout citoyen américain arrêté en Namibie sans visa entièrement approuvé sera déclaré « immigrant illégal » et traité exactement comme Donald Trump traite les immigrants africains aux États-Unis.

Suite à cette annonce, plus de 500 citoyens américains, qui exploitaient des mines de diamants, d'or, d'uranium, de cuivre et d'autres minéraux en Namibie sans visa, ont demandé des visas pour continuer à exploiter les mines, mais leurs demandes ont toutes été rejetées et ils ont reçu l'ordre de quitter le pays aujourd'hui (1er avril) ou de faire face à une expulsion brutale à partir de demain.

La Namibie est l’un des plus grands producteurs de diamants au monde et cherche désormais à obtenir le contrôle total de ses mines de diamants.
