Et si une révolution mondiale mettait fin au capitalisme et aux inégalités sociales ? Imaginez un nouveau monde dans lequel il y aurait tout pour tout le monde. Plus besoin d’argent, de faire un travail qui ne vous plait pas, de vous inquiéter chaque mois pour vos factures. Un monde dans lequel il n’y aurait plus de prisons, d’armées, de police, plus de frontières. Plus d'Etat-nation même. Mais des sociétés égalitaires, écologiques, coopératives… Qui s’organisent pour que personne ne manque jamais de rien.
C’est ce monde qu’imaginent M.E O’Brien et Eman Abdelhadi, dans leur livre Tout pour tout le monde. Dans ce roman, deux historiennes interrogent ceux qui ont vécu un bouleversement social mondial entre 2052 et 2072 pour comprendre comment les effondrements, les insurrections et la révolution ont donné naissance à une toute autre organisation politique et économique aux antipodes du système capitaliste actuel.
L’idée de ce voyage dans le futur est d’offrir un regard critique sur le présent, une autre perspective sur notre société en questionnant ce que nous prenons comme des états de fait. Les deux autrices le disent: l'invitation du livre est l’horizon révolutionnaire qui existe déjà dans les mouvements sociaux actuels. L’avenir possible est déjà un peu dans notre présent.
Alors qu’il existe beaucoup de romans d’anticipation dystopiques ou apocalyptiques à l’image de la servante écarlate, de Silo ou encore de Dans la Forêt, il y a encore très peu de fictions qui permettent d’imaginer à quoi pourrait ressembler concrètement une révolution écologique et sociale. Et c’est la raison pour laquelle Paloma Moritz a voulu recevoir ces deux autrices américaines pour qu’elle raconte leur histoire imaginée du futur. Et ce qu’elle dit de notre présent.

In the early morning of May 22, 2009, the anarchist comrade Maurcio Morales fell in combat, as a result of the anticipated detonation of an explosive device that would be placed in the disgusting Gendarmerie School of $hile.
As an affinity we remember the life and dedication of a young man consistent with his ideas who built community spaces, libraries, social centers, workshops, activities for children and media. We also remember his courage, bravery and decision in daring and attacking the jailers, assuming all the risks and consequences that opposing this system implies.

In the course of this, the “citizen heroes” who dared to intervene in the action were physically and verbally attacked, such as a taxi driver taking one of the “miguelito” on when trying to advance in the middle of the barricade. Amid the smoke that could be seen blocks away, the convoy of the C.O.P. group of carabineros approached, which was received with an intermittent attack of Molotovs and fireworks.
It is in this context that after the desperate maneuver of the driver of one of the cars launching gas, it ends up taking other “miguelitos”, making his car useless until the end of the action.

Entlang von 2x6 zentralen Mustern journalistischen Fehlverhaltens sprach ich auf der europaweit größten Konferenz für die digitale Gesellschaft vor einem wachen und wertschätzenden Publikum.
Der Vortrag kann ab jetzt gesehen, gehört und konstruktiv debattiert werden.
Sowohl auf der übergeordneten, sprich mediensystemischen Ebene, als auch auf der Detailebene lassen sich analytisch eine Vielzahl von Mustern dieser „journalistic malpractices“ feststellen:
Was müssen Medien jetzt tun, um dem deutlichen Medienmisstrauen gegenüber der deutschen Nahost-Berichterstattung angemessen zu begegnen? (Vgl. die neuen Erhebungen der Mainzer Langzeitstudie Medienvertrauen von u.a. @tanjev, mit nur 27% Vertrauen gegenüber der deutschen Nahost-Berichterstattung gegenüber 47% allgemeinen Medienvertrauen bei wichtigen Dingen)
Die Antwort: Ein Journalismus auf dem festen Boden von Völkerrecht, Menschenrecht und Menschenwürde als zivilisatorischer Rahmen.
Deutsche Medien jedoch können sich ein solches Vorgehen - zumal entgegen jeglicher fachlichen Analyse aus der Wissenschaft und konstruktiver Kritik aus dem Publikum - nicht erlauben und so weiter Medienmisstrauen erzeugen.
Denn Vertrauen fließt, findet andere Ausdrucksformen und andere Ziele. Damit verliert eine Gesellschaft jedoch den gemeinsam geteilten Informationsraum und damit die Grundlage, die informationelle Basis für das tägliche Aushandeln und Erschaffen unserer Demokratie.
Viele konkrete Anschauungsbeispiele aus dem deutschen Nachrichtenjournalismus standen dann im Mittelpunkt - hier illustriert am Beispiel eines nicht-gekennzeichneten Zitats eines ausländischen Armeesprechers (die zeitgleich auch eine Falschaussage darstellt) sowie eine 1:1 Stenographie der selben Militärkommunikation im @ZDF
Aber auch zahlreiche Beispiele der ARD @tagesschau sowie weiterer reichweitenstarker Medienformate wurden auf der Bühne sichtbar gemacht und analytisch diskutiert.
Den Anfang macht Publizist Roger Willemsen (er fehlt) - hier in Bezug zum „War on Terror“ von 2011, passend jedoch auch in einer Gegenwart, die den Status Quo der deutschen Nahost-Berichterstattung ebenfalls im Kern trifft:
"Man ist umgeben von Publizisten, medialen Vertretern, die bereit sind, in einer Notsituation Grundüberzeugungen des humanen Zusammenlebens, auch des demokratischen, zu veräußern. Das ist für mich ein bleibender Schrecken."
Und ein Zitat der Journalistin Christiane Amanpour von CNN, das aufzeigt, womit Journalismus ehemals angetreten ist und - wenn in der Breite angewandt - die deutsche Nahost-Berichterstattung wieder so zu ändern vermag, dass sie es in der Breite wieder verdient, Journalismus genannt zu werden.
An dieser Stelle ein Dank an alle, die sich dem Thema und seinen umfassenden Herausforderungen für Medien-, Institutionen- und damit Demokratievertrauen geöffnet haben.
Die hinsehen. Und die den Weg mitgehen & mitgestalten hin zu einer journalistisch seriösen Berichterstattung.
Die Missstände nicht nur erkennen. Sondern sie aktiv ansprechen & konstruktiv Veränderungen bewirken wollen - oftmals entgegen erheblicher systemischer Widerstände:
Da bekommt "Better together" auch noch einmal eine viel größere Bedeutung, als es eine nicht geringe Mehrheit auch nur im Geringsten zu erfassen vermag. So meine Einschätzung wie Eindruck, im Kontext dieses Morgens und meinem Medienüberblick.
Drei zentrale Bedingungen öffneten zum Schluss einen Möglichkeitsraum.
Und: eine Zukunft, in der Journalisten und Journalistinnen - insbesondere Medienverantwortliche - das aktiv erzeugte und verantwortete Medienmisstrauen wieder umkehren können - sodenn sie nicht sich selbst und damit einen der zentralen Grundpfeiler der Demokratie obsolet machen wollen.
Müssen sich Politiker*innen an Gerichtsurteile halten?
Die Antwort lautet "eigentlich ja", ist aber nicht ganz banal.
Gem. Art. 20 GG ist die Exekutive - an ihrer Spitze die Regierung - "an Recht und Gesetz gebunden". Dazu gehören auch Gerichtsentscheidungen.
Aber: Urteile gelten grundsätzlich nur für die Beteiligten im Prozess und nur, wenn sie vorläufig oder wg. Rechtskraft vollstreckbar sind. Bei dem Verfahren wegen der Zurückweisung an der Grenze waren die Geflüchteten auf Klägerseite, beklagt war die Bundesrepublik Deutschland, vertreten durch die zuständigen Behörden. Der Beschluss ist unanfechtbar, damit bindend. Die Bundesrepublik - und damit auch der Innenminister als Dienstherr der beklagten Behörden - müssten sich also daran halten.
Allerdings gibt es zwei Einschränkungen:
Der Beschluss erging in einem Eilverfahren als vorläufige Entscheidung. Es kann also noch eine Hauptsacheklage durch mehrere Instanzen folgen. Deren Ergebnis könnte anders lauten, auch wenn das nicht wahrscheinlich ist. Bis dahin gilt jedoch die vorläufige Entscheidung. Kein Bürger dürfte mit dem Argument "vielleicht geht die Hauptsache anders aus" oder "ich habe eine andere Rechtsauffassung" bindende Gerichtsentscheidungen ignorieren.
Und: der Beschluss bindet die Bundesrepublik rein formal nur in Bezug auf die drei Kläger, nicht generell. Das Argument zieht aber nur, soweit wirklich Besonderheiten des Einzelfalls entscheidend waren. Das VG Berlin hat hier aber klar auf Grundsätze des Asylrechts abgestellt.
Weil Art. 20 GG so klar regelt, dass sich die Exekutive an geltendes Recht halten muss, fehlen bei uns effektive Mittel, um staatliche Stellen zu zwingen, Einzelfall-Urteile überhaupt und vor allem generell umzusetzen. Das scheinen Dobrindt und Co. hier ausnutzen zu wollen.
Der richtige Weg im demokratischen Rechtsstaat wäre: die Politik müsste Mehrheiten in den zuständigen Parlamenten - in Deutschland und der EU - suchen, um das Recht zu ändern, soweit das Menschen- und Grundrechte zulassen. Dann wären wiederum die Gerichte an dieses Recht gebunden. Bis dahin müsste die Politik das geltende Recht anwenden und Urteile über den Einzelfall hinaus befolgen.
Einfach Urteile zu ignorieren und bewusst das Recht zu brechen, weil effektive Zwangsmittel fehlen, höhlt den Rechtsstaat aus und verstößt gegen die Gewaltenteilung. Denn es wird der Öffentlichkeit suggeriert, "wenn wir nicht machen können, was die [angebliche] Mehrheit will, steht die Justiz dem Volkswillen im Weg". Damit wird die Justiz gezielt delegitimiert.
Diese Art Vorgehen ist eher typisch für den "Umbau" von Demokratien in autoritäre Herrschaft. Diese Feststellung ist nicht alarmistisch. Sie ist sachlich.
Kritiker hatten davor gewarnt, nun sagt es ein Gericht: Asylsuchende an deutschen Grenzen zurückzuweisen, verstößt gegen EU-Recht. Eine Notlage sei nicht dargelegt.
Erst inszeniert man eine #Hitzewelle, die nicht da ist, proklamiert #Hitzetote, die nicht existieren, um dann #Hitzeschutzpläne zu erstellen, mit denen man den #Deutschen das #Bier und die #Bratwurst am #Spielfeldrand verbieten will, also jenen, die zusehen und nicht einmal mitspielen.

L'idéal serait que ce soit par exemple un cursus universitaire que je pourrais suivre à la maison (sans passer les examens évidemment).
L'idée, c'est que j'aimerais devenir capable de lire et comprendre de la philosophie sans m'appuyer sur des résumés ou de la vulgarisation.
Mais mon problème c'est que les ressources que je trouve sont soit trop simplifiés (vulgarisation) et ne me permettent pas de m'autonomiser et de m'enseigner vraiement des trucs, soit les cours que je trouve sont trop complexes je bite rien.
#Baerbock wurde vorhin per geheimer Abstimmung mit 167 Stimmen von 193 Ländern zur Präsidentin der #UNGA gewählt. Geheime Abstimmungen sind eher unüblich, meist wird einfach im Konsens gewählt.
Baerbocks Amtszeit dauert 1 Jahr und beginnt ab September.
@funbaker Russland ist nicht so mächtig und hat nicht so extrem viele Freunde. Die geheime Abstimmung war allerdings schon unüblich. Und dass einige offensichtlich eher Helga Schmid wollten, die ursprünglich vorgesehen war ist schon bemerkenswert
Dort gehts dann vor allem auch um internationales Recht, gemessen an den Äußerungen von Baerbock nicht unbedingt ihre Stärke. Zudem muss sie dann für Entscheidungen ihr Gesicht hinhalten die sie bislang eher abgelehnt hat. Beispiel: Die illegale Unterstützung eines illegalen Besatzungsregimes - die UNGA hat in Konkretisierung des Rechtsgutachtens des ICJ dafür gestimmt, dass Israel bis September die Besatzung beendet haben muss. Baerbocks Politik als Außenministerin war das Gegenteil.
7 Staaten stimmten für Helga Schmid - das ist die deutsche Spitzendiplomatin, die der UNGA als Kandidatin benannt wurde, und seit vielen Jahren auf dieses Amt hingearbeitet hat, und dann überraschend durch Baerbock ersetzt wurde. Waren wohl einige Diplomaten, die das nicht so besonders nett fanden.
