All that would happen would your entire meniscus getting cut up then, as why would a LLM know how to do surgery, considering it doesn't even have intelligence?
Surgery is known for sometimes making a problem worse even if a competent surgeon does it - thus surgery should be a last resort.
AI is already expert level at reading x-rays, such as identifying pneumonia in lungs. trust me lad AI will be doing surgery within a decade, and with a much lower rate of screw ups than human doctors
Unfortunately the output of neural networks is proprietary, as that's clearly lacks source code and is an act of reverse engineering to understand it.
Neural networks are nowhere near experts at reading x-rays - they just are extremely fast at comparing every single x-ray on record that contained pneumonia with the current image and notifying the expert if pneumonia is suspected, working around some human error where a condition is simply missed.
Such scheme actually needs a expert to check and determine if there's a false positive or not.
I don't see how you could go from a neural net that is good at giving suggestions as to what condition a scan contains, with some false positives and some false negatives, to the much harder task of actually performing a surgery and not screwing it up within a decade.

I just concluded a very good phone call with President Xi, of China, discussing some of the intricacies of our recently made, and agreed to, Trade Deal. There should no longer be any questions respecting the complexity of Rare Earth products. Our respective teams will be meeting shortly at a location to be determined. We will be represented by Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, and United States Trade Representative, Ambassador Jamieson Greer. During the conversation, President Xi graciously invited the First Lady and me to visit China, and I reciprocated. As Presidents of two Great Nations, this is something that we both look forward to doing. The conversation was focused almost entirely on TRADE.
