Miller seems to be right. In that case, should Elon Musk start a new party it would be a waste of time and money to make it a libertarian one. And I'd pointed out how both my body weight and my blood pressure have been so much better over the past week or so, especially over the last few days, than they have been even a few months ago. Then I added, “But I feel like crap. So weak. And it takes me so darned long to recover from even the smallest amount of work.”

“As long as we have our health,” she said, “that's the main thing.”

Yeah, ... after thinking about our little talk a few minutes ago. She's right.

We need less America in general. They are undergoing a collapse right now, and even at the best of times their values weren't particularly beneficial to the rest of the world.

Now their influence only serves as a conduit for that collapse to disrupt or spread around the world. America is about to experience potentially the roughest couple decades since the Civil War, and nothing desirable is going to come out of that.

Maybe it's time to take a break from them until this passes.

Anyway I use the Portmaster on desktop, apart DNScrypt èrmits to monitor all the traffic of every app and even from the OS itself and blocking with a click all fishy and unwanted ones, nothin enter or leave what I don't want. Mandatory nowadays (FOSS, optional with SPN (improved VPN), a paid service

Can you program GPUs and do you want to become a HERO? #linuxphone

We are trying record video, and have most pieces working, but one is
missing: fast enough debayering. That means about 23MB/sec on #librem5.

Debayering is not hard; camera images have subpixels split on two
lines, which need to be corrected. They also use different color
representation, but that's fixable by some table lookup and two matrix
multiplies.

Librem 5 has Vivante GPU, 4 in-order CPU cores and 3GB RAM. My feeling
is that it should be fast enough for that. If task is for some reason
impossible, that would be good to know, too.

Image data looks like this

Task is to turn that into usual rgbrgb.... format. rgb = RGB * color
matrix, with table lookups for better quality. I can fix that once I
get an example.

I'm looking for example code (#pinephone would work, too), reasons it
