"Hey, I bought a new smartphone. But you have to do the migration from the old one. I don't know about. I could have let the shop assistant do it, but it would have been even more expensive then."
"Yeah sure, I'd love to. I'm doing that all day professionally. Takes me just ten minutes."
No. That's not. I don't even have a smartphone myself and it took me two days, more or less. Lost ten days of a chat I thought was in backup but wasn't. Great weekend. Telling you.
And I can't hear all this PR stuff anymore, like everything automatic, we do for you. No they don't. They always fail and you have to fix it manually.
Why do people actually carry all that data around? All the photos of half their life. Found pictures when oldest daughter was tiny. now she's twenty. How did that even get into this phone? Okay, now it's all in the new phone too. But you don't need to bother about storage space so much anymore. Just, please tell me: Why would anyone need to make a 100MB video of a cake and carry it around for years? A phot would have been sufficient and even that you would probably throw away.

Same with apps as there are so many apps you don't use anymore it's better you just add the app when you want to use it that waybyou can keep your new phone cleaner.
