La catastrophe en marche
Ce sont depuis 3 ans des centaines de milliers, voire un million de russes ou ukrainiens, qui sont tombés sous les balles ou les obus.
Bâtiments publics, écoles et hôpitaux bombardés et détruits, populations civiles frappées, le déluge de feu quotidien est dévastateur.
Le malheur des uns fait en réalité les choux gras des autres. L’Ukraine est devenu le déversoir très lucratif des armes françaises, anglaises, américaines notamment. Les industries de guerre s’enrichissent sur le dos de la misère, des destructions, de la mort.
Au sein de l’union européenne, Ursula van der Leyen, Macron, Stamer et quelques autres rivalisent sur la même ligne. L’économie de guerre devient le maitre mot pour enrichir l’industrie d’armement au détriment des besoins des populations.
En France, ce sont plus de 9 milliards d’euros qui sont pris sur la sécurité sociale ou sur les services publics. L’école, la santé, les retraites, les jeunes et les plus âgés, sans parler des retraités, sont les victimes de cette politique guerrière.
Le combat idéologique et la désinformation vont bon train pour justifier cette politique guerrière, synonyme de régression sociale sur toute la ligne. Les médias allemands, Bild, Süddeutsche Zeitung, WDR et NDR sont en pointe, rapportant que « les services de renseignement (BND) et l’armée de la République fédérale d’Allemagne estiment que la Russie considère l’Occident comme un ennemi systémique et se prépare à une confrontation avec l’OTAN ». Les généraux de plateaux de télévision français leur donnent la répliquent, aidés par les chefs d’état major qui répondent à la volonté présidentielle.
Plus les dirigeants politiques sont minoritaires dans leur pays, plus ils poussent à la guerre. La pente empruntée est d’une dangerosité extrême, d’autant qu’à l’initiative de Macron et starter revient de façon récurrente l’idée d’envoyer des troupes sur le terrain, ce qui serait considéré par la Russie comme une déclaration de guerre des pays concernés, avec les conséquences que cela comprend.
Agir dans l’unité
L’alternative est simple. Soit défaire la Russie, donc la guerre totale, y compris nucléaire, donc la fin de la civilisation. Soit la paix. Et dans ce sens l’arrêt de toutes les gesticulations provocatrices qui se mettent en travers d’une solution négociée.
Force est de constater que du côté des « grands » partis si certains indiquent le danger d’une confrontation avec la Russie, tous votent les budgets et crédits de guerre voulus par Macron. Du côté des syndicats, c’est le silence total lorsque ce n’est pas l’approbation pure et simple.
Il existe cependant des initiatives peu nombreuses et éparpillées allant dans le sens de la paix. Le Parti des Travailleurs a organisé un meeting, l’UPR a manifesté de son côté, comme les Patriotes…
Chacun a ses positions propres. Pour notre part nous considérons avec Jean Jaurès que le « capitalisme porte en lui la guerre comme la nuée porte l’orage ». D’autres peuvent avoir un point de vue différent. Mais rien ne devrait interdire qu’ensemble, tous sans distinction ni exclusive puissions agir sur une ligne simple : A bas la guerre ! Pas un sou, pas une vie pour la guerre !
Tout le monde sent bien, jusque dans les travées du pouvoir, que la politique de Macron est extrêmement dangereuse, ouvrant la porte à la moindre bavure, au moindre dérapage qui pourrait atteindre un point de non retour. Voilà pourquoi agir dans l’unité contre cette folie guerrière est de la première nécessité. Nous lançons ici un appel aux groupes, associations, organisations pour qu’ensemble une force conséquente et unie se dresse pour faire entendre sa voix.

JUSTICE - PARTI PRIS Le Pen, Sarkozy : il n’y a pas de « République des juges », mais des juges de la République
1 avril 2025 | Par Fabrice Arfi Le jugement Le Pen et les réquisitions du procès Sarkozy-Kadhafi ont en commun d’avoir libéré en quelques jours la parole déchaînée d’un populisme contre l’État de droit. En creux pointe un profond désir du retour des privilèges et de la fin de l’égalité devant la loi.
En France, le problème du narcotrafic, des cambriolages, du terrorisme, des violences physiques, ce sont les trafiquants de drogue, les cambrioleurs, les terroristes, les agresseurs… Mais pour les affaires d’atteintes à la probité, le problème, c’est la justice. Plus précisément celles et ceux qui la rendent au nom du peuple français, les magistrat·es. À en croire de très nombreux commentaires politiques et médiatiques depuis la condamnation pour détournements de fonds publics de Marine Le Pen, les juges seraient ainsi devenu·es des agent·es de déstabilisation démocratique.
Il s’agit d’une folie, qui cache un dessein politique profondément malsain et dangereux : un désir de retour des privilèges, qui avaient été abolis dans la nuit du 4 août 1789. Le meilleur baromètre de cette pathologie nationale est paradoxalement à trouver en dehors de nos frontières. Le prononcé du jugement du tribunal de Paris même pas encore terminé, le Kremlin de Vladimir Poutine, grand défenseur des libertés comme chacun·e le sait, faisait en effet savoir qu’il s’inquiétait d’une « violation des normes démocratiques en France » (défense de rire), quand l’autocrate hongrois, Viktor Orbán, postait sur le réseau social X un tendre « Je suis Marine » (défense de rire bis).
La France n’est évidemment pas immunisée. Ce qui est en train de se passer avec le jugement Le Pen, comme avec les réquisitions du Parquet national financier (PNF) la semaine dernière dans l’affaire Sarkozy-Kadhafi, est un test de résilience démocratique pour le pays. Rien de moins.
Mais le moment est orwellien. D’Éric Ciotti à Jean-Luc Mélenchon, en passant par le chef du gouvernement, François Bayrou, un cartel de l’impunité s’ébroue en « on » ou en « off » pour dire qu’un tribunal qui applique… la loi causerait un trouble à l’ordre démocratique. On en est là et il faut vraiment se frotter les yeux pour le croire. Qui vote la loi ? Pas les magistrat·es, mais la classe politique. D’où les élu·es tiennent-ils leur légitimité ? Du vote populaire. Celui-là même qui est agité par les procureurs politiques de la justice financière pour affirmer que lui seul doit sanctionner les dérives des élu·es.
Le réel et son double
Réalise-t-on l’extravagance – et la fausseté – d’une telle position et ce qu’elle implique ? En France, tout le monde est susceptible, s’il est reconnu coupable d’un délit, d’être interdit d’exercer son métier dès le jugement de première instance (ce qu’on appelle en droit une « exécution provisoire ») : un entrepreneur pour fraude à la TVA, un patron pour travail dissimulé, un kinésithérapeute pour agressions sexuelles, un anesthésiste pour vol de médicaments, un surveillant pénitentiaire pour violences, un huissier pour détournement de fonds, etc.
Mais les élu·es devraient, elles et eux, être par nature exclu·es du champ d’application de la loi, comme l’ont plaidé les avocats de Marine Le Pen durant le procès ? « La proposition de la défense de laisser le peuple souverain décider d’une hypothétique sanction dans les urnes revient à revendiquer un privilège ou une immunité qui découlerait du statut d’élu ou de candidat, en violation du principe d’égalité devant la loi », a expliqué en réponse la présidente du tribunal, Bénédicte de Perthuis, en rendant le jugement qui a condamné Marine Le Pen à quatre ans de prison (dont deux ferme) et cinq ans d’inéligibilité à effet immédiat.
La magistrate a fait œuvre de pédagogie en détaillant pendant près de trois heures les motivations de son jugement. Elle a d’abord mis en avant « la gravité des faits, leur caractère systématique, leur durée sur douze ans, et la qualité d’élus ». De fait, on parle d’un système organisé de détournements par le parti de Marine Le Pen de plus de 4 millions d’euros d’argent public, siphonnés des caisses du Parlement européen pour rémunérer des emplois fictifs du Rassemblement national. Mais il est vrai que la focalisation du débat sur l’exécution provisoire de la peine en ferait presque oublier le cœur de l’affaire.
La faute à qui : à la justice qui applique une disposition légale ou aux prévenus qui ont commis un délit ?
Surtout, la présidente du tribunal a invoqué un risque de récidive évident au regard de l’attitude des prévenus durant l’enquête mais aussi à l’audience, au premier rang desquels Marine Le Pen, qui se sont retrouvés à nier des évidences élémentaires et à dénigrer l’autorité judiciaire, après en avoir fait de même avec la police. Ce qui ne manque pas de sel, soit dit en passant, venant d’un courant politique qui n’a que l’ordre à la bouche… Pire : Marine Le Pen n’était-elle pas celle qui, en 2013, dans la foulée de l’affaire Cahuzac, réclamait l’inéligibilité à vie à l’égard d’élus condamnés pour des atteintes à la probité, notamment le détournement de fonds publics ?
Le risque de trouble à l’ordre public étant patent, venant de personnes qui ne semblent pas avoir saisi la gravité des actes commis, le tribunal a donc estimé qu’une exécution provisoire était indispensable, sans méconnaître les conséquences sur la vie publique de celle-ci. Mais la faute à qui : à la justice qui applique une disposition légale ou aux prévenus qui ont commis un délit ?

Au fond, qu’une partie d’un monde politique qui a plus le souci de ses privilèges que de l’intérêt général réagisse ainsi, c’était (malheureusement) prévisible. Ce qui l’est moins – encore que –, c’est la faillite médiatique qui entoure depuis si longtemps en France la chronique des affaires. Celles-ci ne sont pratiquement jamais vues comme le fruit d’une délinquance qui ravage les fondements d’une société organisée, mais comme un jeu de balltrap entre des Torquemada judiciaires et des politiques victimes d’une prétendue « République des juges ».
Dans le genre, les réquisitions du PNF dans l’affaire Sarkozy-Kadhafi, au terme desquelles le ministère public a réclamé sept ans de prison ferme contre l’ancien président, ont donné lieu à une chorégraphie affligeante sur les plateaux de télévision.
Le summum a été atteint par la chaîne LCI qui, au lendemain du réquisitoire, a organisé une discussion sur le thème « Les juges font-ils de la politique ? », avec, pour en débattre, le fils du principal prévenu, Louis Sarkozy, qui se trouve être en plus le filleul du propriétaire de la chaîne, Martin Bouygues.
La réalité n’a aucune importance. Il n’y a que la perception qui compte.
Confidence d’un proche de Nicolas Sarkozy à l’écrivaine Yasmina Reza, en 2007 Dans l’affaire Sarkozy-Kadhafi, comme hier avec l’affaire Le Pen, l’argument d’un dossier « vide » et « sans preuve » a été répété ad nauseam par des éditorialistes politiques qui n’ont pas mis un orteil au procès, mais n’ont pas de problème à venir donner des leçons de maintien pour dire ce qu’il faut penser du travail des procureur·es.
Personne ne peut dire ce que décidera (probablement après l’été) le tribunal dans l’affaire Sarkozy-Kadhafi, mais quiconque a assisté au procès sait que le dossier est tout sauf vide. Il suffit pour s’en convaincre de lire les comptes rendus du réquisitoire du PNF, réalisés par des journalistes qui ont assisté à toutes les audiences.
Commençons par un journal que l’on peut difficilement taxer d’anti-sarkozysme primaire, Le Figaro. Il a estimé que « l’argumentation du parquet a été, dans l’ensemble, dévastatrice », ajoutant : « Dopés par la médiocre crédibilité d’une grande partie des déclarations des prévenus, les trois procureurs ont bâti une accusation redoutable. »

Or ces fils empêcheraient les moutons d'aller là où ils veulent et les maintiendraient dans des sortes de couloirs.... De plus, Quand il y a assez d'herbe pour pouvoir la tondre, la vigne devrait avoir des feuilles ..... Ça sent l'image artificielle, à mon sens.
Bonjour @Tiersy, Cette photo a été prise le 4 mars 2025 et donc la vigne n'avait pas encore de feuilles. D'autre part la vigne est délimitée par un grillage pour éviter la dispersion des moutons mais à l'intérieur de son périmètre, les ceps sont tenus certes par des fils de fer mais ça ne gène pas les animaux de brouter où bon leur semble. Je sais que la tendance actuelle est à l'IA et on la met à toutes les sauces, mais là l'image est bien réelle ! Cordialement.
