this is regardless of how big of a building i live in too -- it's always been about the same, the fees slowly creeping up with inflation/time.

He was stationed on an aircraft carrier as a turret gunner for an Avenger, and were it not for a bizarre twist of fate, he might not have survived the second world war. During the battle of Okinawa, Newman’s crew was assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Bunker Hill. An ear infection prevented Newman’s pilot from flying, and so they remained in Hawaii while their squadron joined the aircraft carrier.
On May 11, 1945, the Bunker Hill was struck by two Japanese Kamikazes, killing over half the crew, including everyone from Newman’s squadron.
Newman once said he never got over the heartbreak of losing so many buddies, or the survivor's guilt of being spared until he met Joanne Woodward.
