Peu nombreuses et nombreux sont sans doute celles et ceux qui se souviennent de la révolution soudanaise qui vit tomber en avril 2019 l’un des plus vieux dictateurs de la planète, Omar El Bechir, sous le coup de plusieurs mandats d’arrêts de la Cour pénale internationale (CPI).
A partir de décembre 2018, un immense mouvement de protestation d’abord contre la vie chère et notamment le prix du pain, s’est peu à peu étendu à l’ensemble du pays pour demander la chute du dictateur. L’occupation, à partir d’avril 2019, par des milliers de personnes de la place située devant le quartier général de l’armée à Khartoum fut l’un des points forts de ces mouvements de protestation. Le 3 juin (dernier jour du Ramadan), la junte militaire a violemment dispersé les manifestants, faisant une centaine de morts. La mobilisation durera néanmoins jusqu’en octobre 2019, de façon plus ou moins sporadique, toujours avec la perspective de la mise en place d’un gouvernement civil.

Siyasal İslam, 20. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında, Mısırlı Müslüman Kardeşler’in kurucusu Hasan El Benna ve Hint alt kıtasında Cemaat-i İslami Partisi’nin yaratıcısı Ebul Ala Mevdudi tarafından geliştirilen kavramlar çerçevesinde etkinliklerini belirledi. Şii devrimci siyasal düşüncesi, Müslüman Kardeşlerle pek çok ortak noktayı paylaşsa da özgünlüğünü korur. Bu düşüncenin esin kaynakları Humeyni, Bakır es-Sadr ve Talageni gibi Ayetullahlar olduğu gibi, laik Ali Şeriati’dir. Dolayısıyla İslamcılığın üç coğrafi ve kültürel kutbu daha ilk anda karşımıza çıkar. Sünni Arap Ortadoğu, sünni Hint alt kıtası ve İran-Arap Şii alanı. Bu üç İslamcı akım arasında coğrafi birlik olmadığı gibi siyasal birlik de yoktur. En önemli İslamcı örgüt, Arap dünyasının Müslüman Kardeşleridir. Bu ortak gövdeden, Seyyid Kutub’un daha radikal fikirlerinden etkilenen Hizbül Tahir, İslami Cihad gibi ayrılıkçı ve azınlık guruplar doğmuştur. Daha sonra Hint alt kıtasının Cemaat-i İslami. Hizb-i İslami, Cemiyet-i İslami ve Mağripli İslamcılar FİS, En Nahda, İslami Yeniden Doğuş Partisi çıkmıştır. Devrimci Şiiliğin etki alanına gelince; bu, gerçek bir İslami devrimle iktidarı alan tek akımdır. Onu bölgesel güç stratejisinin aracı haline getiren ise İran devleti ile özdeşlemiş olmasıdır.
İslamcı hareketler 1940’den başlayan 85 yıllık bir süreden beri gelişmektedir. Kuşkusuz bu arada anlayışlar evrimleşmiş, tarihsel şartlar değişmiş, bölünmeler ve farklılaşmalar hareketi çeşitlendirmiştir. Bununla birlikte bütün hareketler için geçerli ortak bir sosyoloji ve kavramsal bir ana kalıp mevcuttur. Sosyolojik açıdan olsun, düşünsel açıdan olsun hareketler modern dünyadan çıkmıştır. Militanları ender olarak mollalardır. Asıl olarak modern okul sisteminden gelen ve üniversite gören gençlerdir. Kısa zaman önce kentlileşen ailelerden ya da yoksullaşan orta sınıflardan gelmektedirler. Onlara göre, devlet iktidarının ele geçirilmesi, bir yandan bilim ve tekniğe sahip çıkılırken, Batılı değerler tarafından yozlaştırılan bir toplumun yeniden İslamileştirilmesine imkan sağlayacaktır. Dar anlamı ile fundamentalistler gibi eskiden olana dönüşü değil siyasetten yola çıkarak toplumun ve modern tekniğin yeniden biçimlendirilmesini savunurlar.
İslamcı kuramsal model günümüzde tıkanma noktasına gelmiştir. Önce metinlerde bir tıkanıklık başladı. Çünkü eski temel metinlerden bu yana, zayıf açıklamalar ve dini yazarlardan alıntılardan başka bir şey görülmüyor. Giderek açmaza dönüşen kavramlarda bir tıkanıklık söz konusudur. İslamcılara göre İslami bir toplum ancak siyaset yoluyla mümkündür, ama siyasal kurumlar ancak içindeki insanların erdemine dayanarak işler, erdem ise önce İslami bir toplum mevcut olursa genelleşebilir. Bir daire içinde dolanıldığı için de teoride ve eylemde tıkanıklık yaşanmaktadır. Ne ekonomik kriz ve hizipler tuzağına düşen İran İslam devrimi, ne de Afganistan ve FİS, FLD İslam toplumunun olması gerek şeye model teşkil edememektedir.
Karmaşık ve etkin bir anayasa geliştiren İran devrimi istisna tutulursa, İslamcı düşünce siyasal kurumlar alanında yoksuldur. Oysa İslamcılık siyaset sorununu her şeyin önüne koyar. Bütün İslamcılar, bir İslami toplumun yerli yerine oturtulmasında siyasi iktidarın zorunlu olduğunda görüş birliği içindedir. Fakat öte yandan, ana hatları kaba taslak çizilen kurumlar hakkındaki tartışmanın içi, yöneticilerin nitelikleri ve erdemleri gibi safsatalarla boşaltılmıştır. İslamcı siyaset anlayışının temelinde yatan emir ve şura kavramlarının siyasal kurumlara nasıl dönüştürüleceğinin cevabı yoktur. Onlara göre önemli olan kurumun ne gücü ne de biçimidir. Tersine, insanların gönülleri ve eylemleri üzerinde egemen olması gereken İslami ilkelerin uygulanmaya konmasının ardından, kurumun kendisini nasıl silikleştirebileceğidir. Hakimiyet Allah’a ait ve yasalar zaten verilmiş olduğu için siyasi kurumları belirlemek hiçbir işe yaramaz. Önemli olan, yöneticilerden başlayarak insanların ilahi yasa karşısında silikleşmesidir. Bu nedenle İslamcılarda tartışma esas olarak kişilerin kişisel niteliklerinin ve erdemlerinin belirlenmesine indirgenir. Kurumsal işlevler, onları uygulayanların erdemi ile değer taşır. Siyasetin anahtarı “Toplumsal ahlak”tadır.
İslamcılık siyasal felsefeyi ve beşeri bilimleri reddeder. Erdeme ilişkin büyüleyici çağrı, İslamcı siyasal programı toplumsal gerçekliğe eklemlemenin imkansızlığını perdeler. İslamcılık toplumsal bölünmeyi olumsuzladığı için, bunun siyaset alanına dönüşünü günah ya da komplo olarak algılar. İdeal İslami toplum, müminlerin eşitlikçi toplumu, ümmet olarak tanımlanmıştır. İslamcılar için Ümmet’i ifade eden siyasal kavram, hem toplumsal sınıfları hem de ulusal, etnik ve kabilesel farklılaşmayı reddeden tevhid (birlik) kavramıdır. Her türlü farklılaşma zorunlu olarak Ümmet’in yadsımasıdır ve bu, fitneye, cemaatin dağılmasına, bölünmelere yol açar. Bölünme sosyolojik bir veri olarak değil, günah olarak algılanır. Bu yüzden İslamcı düşünce ayrılığın tohumu olabilecek her şeyi örneğin sınıfları inkar eder.
Yavanlaşarak yeni-fundamentalizme dönüşen İslamcılık, jeostratejik bir etken de değildir. Müslüman dünyayı birleştiremeyecek, Ortadoğu’daki güç dengelerini de değiştiremeyecektir. İslamcı hareketler, iktidar biçimlerini, stratejik taleplerini ve milliyetçiliklerini devraldıkları mevcut devletlerin çizdiği çerçeveye hapsolmuş durumdalar. İslamcılık her şeyden önce, toplumsal ve siyasal olarak uyumsuz bir gençliğin protestosunu ve hayal kırıklığını cisimleştiren sosyo-kültürel bir harekettir.
Günümüzün İslamcı hareketleri yeni bir toplum modeli getiremiyorlar. Bu hareketler muzaffer ve kendine güvenen bir İslam’a geri dönüşü kalıcı kılmak yerine, ithal edilmiş ve tek partiler ve kayırma şebekeleri tarafından ele geçirilmiş Batı tipi devlet modelinin başarısızlığını dillerine doluyorlar. Hiçbir zaman yaşanmamış bir İslami otantikliğe geri dönüş efsanesinin çevresinde seferber olarak, başarılmamış bir modernleşmeden geride kalanları topluyorlar.
İslamcılığa özgü somut bir siyasal model olmadığı gibi, ekonomide durum daha da kötüdür. İktidara gelen İslamcılık, resmi olarak laik ya da ılımlı rejimlerin daha önce ortaya koydukları “yukarıdan aşağıya” İslamileştirme siyasetlerini sistemleştirecektir. Bundan böyle yeni parola “şeriat”tır. Bu İslamileştirmenin hedefi özel hukuk ceza hukuku olacak, geleneksel ya da yeniden kurulmuş dayanışma ağlarına olduğu gibi yürürlükteki ekonomiye de dokunmayacak ve eski rejimlerden miras alınan siyasal modele, esas olarak da tek parti modeline kaldığı yerden devam edecektir.
Sonuç yabancılaşma değil, toplumsal konformizm ve kasvettir. Bütün püriten akımlarda görüldüğü gibi, şizofren bir toplum kendini ilan edecektir. Suç işleme, para, göç ve siyasal iktidar yoluyla bu toplumun nimetlerinden yararlanma imkanı doğduğu andan itibaren erdem söylemi eriyip gidecektir.

Qu'est-ce qui permet de formuler une telle affirmation ?
Quatre chiffres, tous publics, vérifiables par chacun :
1/ La majorité de ce que chacun possède ne vient plus, en moyenne, de son travail, mais de son héritage. Pour être plus précis : 60% du patrimoine des Français s'explique désormais par l'héritage, et 40% par le travail. Dans les années 1970, l'héritage expliquait 35% de la richesse des individus, la majorité dépendait de leur travail. Rapport CAE décembre 2021, Repenser l'héritage : lnkd.in/e6ZUu9Jf
2/ L'âge moyen d'héritage est désormais de 59 ans, ce qui n'est jamais arrivé dans l'histoire. Ce qu'on transmet à ses enfants est donc de plus en plus ce dont on a soi-même hérité, et pas ce qu'on a acquis grâce à son travail :

3/ Nous taxons l'héritage huit fois moins que le travail, c'est à dire à 6% en moyenne contre 46% pour le travail. Quand on gagne 100 euros en travaillant, on en garde 54. Quand on gagne 100 euros en héritant, on en garde 94. Les taux apparents des droits de succession (jusqu'à 45%) sont trompeurs : il existe beaucoup d'abattements et exonérations, de sorte que le taux réel moyen est bien de 6% : 300 milliards transmis en 2022, et 18,6 milliards de droits de succession : lnkd.in/e4wGyg7B. 4/ Le travail ne permet plus à la majorité des gens qui travaillent (qu'on gagne 1000, 2000 ou 5000 euros par mois) d'améliorer leur niveau de vie : c'est la première fois depuis 1945 qu'une génération est dans cette situation là (ce qui ne veut pas dire pour autant que le niveau baisse) : lnkd.in/eNHcDKy3
Au total, la combinaison d'un travail qui ne permet plus à la majorité des gens d'améliorer leur niveau de vie, avec une taxation des travailleurs huit fois plus importante que celle des héritiers, fait que la majorité de ce que chacun possède vient du hasard de sa naissance, et non plus de son mérite individuel.
C'est en ce sens que nous redevenus une société d'héritiers, et que c'est un choix collectif français.
On peut changer ça en améliorant la rémunération du travail (réduction de l'écart en brut et net) et en garantissant que les héritages les plus chanceux n'échappent pas aux droits de succession (exemple : 10 à 20% de droits minimum pour les 10% d'héritage les plus chanceux, à partir de 500 000 euros d'héritage par personne).

En Allemagne, le « bouclier sanitaire » est un dispositif de plafonnement des restes à charge proportionnel au revenu après intervention de l’assurance maladie obligatoire. Chacun contribue ainsi à ses frais de santé, à proportion de ses revenus, dans la limite d’un plafond au-delà duquel les frais sont pris en charge à 100 % par l’assurance maladie. Les personnes dont les revenus sont les plus bas peuvent être prises en charge au premier euro, de même que les soins pour les affections longue durée. Cet outil est de nature à limiter les importantes disparités de reste à charge entre les assurés. Il permettrait aussi un pilotage plus fin des dépenses de santé, la hausse du plafond se traduisant par une diminution des dépenses publiques.
Le principe de base de la Sécu est un principe « communiste » - de chacun selon ses capacités et à chacun selon ses besoins. Les plus riches contribuent plus que les plus pauvres, mais au moment des remboursements on ne tient compte que des coûts des soins de santé que votre état a nécessités. Ce beau principe a déjà été sérieusement écorné par l’augmentation continuel du ticket modérateur, les déremboursements et la part croissante des mutuelles dans la prise en charge des soins de santé. Mais la proposition de l’ONDAM revient à sortir les plus riches de la Sécurité sociale. S’ils ne sont plus remboursés ou insuffisamment remboursés, ils demanderont, à juste titre, à ne plus cotiser pour s’assurer ailleurs – ce qui est parfaitement possible dans le cadre européen. Sous couvert de « sauver la Sécu », la proposition de l’ONDAM revient à la tuer sans coup férir. C’est bien l’objectif.
Tout cela n’est pas nouveau. Déjà Hollande avait proposé de mettre les prestations familiales sous condition de ressources. Voici ce que j’écrivais en 2001 à propos de cette soi-disant équité promue par les réformateurs de droite et de gauche.
On objectera qu’il est difficile de ne pas admettre l’existence de droits différenciés dans le domaine social. Par exemple, tout le monde trouve juste que les bourses soient réservées aux élèves pauvres et non aux élèves issus de familles plus favorisées. Suivant la même logique, il a semblé naturel de mettre toutes les prestations familiales sous condition de ressources, par exemple, réserver les allocations familiales aux familles les moins favorisées, tout comme les allocations pour le logement sont réservées à ceux qui, sans cela, ne pourraient se loger décemment. Ajoutons que les distributions en apparence égalitaires ne le sont guère. Ainsi l’enseignement supérieur est quasi gratuit pour tous Mais comme les enfants des classes défavorisées accèdent moins souvent à l’enseignement supérieur que ceux des cadres, enseignants et professions libérales. Par conséquent l’enseignement gratuit est un cadeau fait aux plus riches. Tous ces arguments ont été abondamment développés par tous les critiques de la « machine égalitaire.
Or, ces évidences sont des plus trompeuses. Nos principes de justice de distributive sont loin d’avoir la clarté de ceux d’Aristote. Si les honneurs, les récompenses et les emplois publics obéissent au principe aristotélicienne de proportionnalité au mérité – sachant, comme cela a été dit plus haut, que généralement on ne s’entend guère sur ce qu’est le mérite – certaines prestations sont distribuées selon le principe d’égalité arithmétique (c’est le cas des allocations familiales en France ou de l’accès à l’enseignement public) et d’autres le sont sur le principe « à chacun selon ses besoins » (dans le domaine de la santé par exemple ou encore le régime des bourses). L’équité recommanderait sans doute qu’on uniformise ces principes et que les aides aillent seulement à ceux qui en ont réellement besoin. Or, contrairement à ce qu’on pourrait croire, un tel principe détruirait plus radicalement encore toute idée égalitaire. Si l’accès à l’école était soumis à condition de ressources, suivant le principe, proposé par Alain Madelin et repris à droite et à gauche, du « chèque éducation » permettant de faire payer à chacun selon ses moyens, on s’engagerait inéluctablement dans la voie de la privatisation de tout le système d’enseignement, privatisation qui ne pourrait qu’exacerber les inégalités face à l’enseignement. En outre, les plus favorisés, ne participant plus en rien à la redistribution étatique de la richesse sociale, se sentiraient alors fondés à refuser toute idée d’un bien commun. La « révolte des élites » est le complément inévitable de ces politiques différentialistes en matière de justice sociale. (Morale et justice sociale, Seuil, 2001).

Few people in the world, nowadays, embody absolute Evil like the infamous entrepreneur and billionaire technocrat Elon Musk. It would be reductive, however, to consider him a classic cartoon “villain”, a character that would fit him like a glove, without realizing that this despicable individual is only the product of an economic and social system that marches towards its own self-destruction and that his expansionist aims symbolically summarize those of the system itself.
Officially entering the field of politics, all this is exemplified in his servility towards Trump, who has placed him in the front row of the reactionary, imperialist, sexist and supremacist offensive underway in the United States. Specifically, as a reward for his billionaire support for the electoral campaign, the newly elected president has awarded his favorite Dark Maga the leadership of DOGE, an ad hoc body that has quickly busied itself on cuts and reforms aimed at directly or indirectly affecting that slice of the population that is recognized by the new elite as “surplus”.

After abandoning its leadership due to a potential conflict of interest with its role in the development of AI for self-driving Teslas in 2023, he founded a rival startup, xAI, which has the stated purpose of training a generative artificial intelligence chatbot (Grok) that automatically learns to respond racistly, against the woke culture of which ChatGPT would be an expression.
In turn, through xAI Musk has recently purchased the X platform himself, the former instant messaging service called Twitter, well exemplifying the use of social media as a tool for algorithmic manipulation of public opinion for the most vulgar political purposes, as well as revealing in a now indisputable way the use of social media as an inexhaustible source of data for the use and consumption of AI BigTechs.
Not forgetting SpaceX and its (apparently crazy) prospects of interplanetary colonialism, which lay the foundations for the continuation of the plunder that this system will need even once the stocks of the planet we live on are exhausted: a company that, at the moment, seems to be becoming richer and more powerful even than NASA. Its best-known product is the Starlink satellite system, which, in addition to filling low Earth orbit with technological garbage, aims to guarantee internet connection even in the absence of infrastructure on Earth. These artificial constellations, therefore, are becoming an essential tool for armies in theaters of war; Starlink is in fact thriving by providing its services to the Ukrainian and Israeli armies, making itself complicit in massacres and genocides of today and tomorrow.
Finally, we conclude with Tesla, the famous company of hyper-technological electric cars, the status symbol par excellence of the rich techno-fascists of all latitudes, the emblem of the ecological lie that aims to electrify the planet, destroying it definitively in the name of profit. Tesla itself, with its 8 continuous cameras mounted on each car and its interconnected devices for (future) automatic driving, combined with the work of Musk’s lesser-known companies, Hyperloop and The Boring Company (respectively, they deal with the development of a futuristic high-speed transport system and an underground tunnel project to reduce traffic) participates in the totalitarian urban control plan of Smart Cities, A dystopian project that, thanks to the development of digital infrastructure, aims to make urban life a constant flow of data.
Techno-fascism, transhumanism, artificial intelligence, the conquest of space, war, technological surveillance and the destruction of the planet: do we need more reasons to attack Elon Musk’s interests anywhere and at any time?
For these and many other reasons, on the night between 30 and 31 March, we decided to welcome spring too, on a cold night… heated by the fire of 17 cars in the only Tesla dealership in Rome. Because we claim to be those flaws that the project of characters like Musk would like to eradicate.
In a world of fiber optic cables and pylons, let’s plant the seed of rebellion, because the only thing that really makes sense, in the scenario that lies ahead of us, is to fight tooth and nail, until
at the last breath, for freedom.
