Peu nombreuses et nombreux sont sans doute celles et ceux qui se souviennent de la rรฉvolution soudanaise qui vit tomber en avril 2019 lโ€™un des plus vieux dictateurs de la planรจte, Omar El Bechir, sous le coup de plusieurs mandats dโ€™arrรชts de la Cour pรฉnale internationale (CPI).

A partir de dรฉcembre 2018, un immense mouvement de protestation dโ€™abord contre la vie chรจre et notamment le prix du pain, sโ€™est peu ร  peu รฉtendu ร  lโ€™ensemble du pays pour demander la chute du dictateur. Lโ€™occupation, ร  partir dโ€™avril 2019, par des milliers de personnes de la place situรฉe devant le quartier gรฉnรฉral de lโ€™armรฉe ร  Khartoum fut lโ€™un des points forts de ces mouvements de protestation. Le 3 juin (dernier jour du Ramadan), la junte militaire a violemment dispersรฉ les manifestants, faisant une centaine de morts. La mobilisation durera nรฉanmoins jusquโ€™en octobre 2019, de faรงon plus ou moins sporadique, toujours avec la perspective de la mise en place dโ€™un gouvernement civil.

I even ulpoaded this to git friendica I think, not sure witch versions, every once in a while I retouch something.
Terms of use are CC0 (actually NC) but in the case of friendica anything goes.

@meowski The single player game is fun in the way that most roguelikes are: you explore procedurally-generated terrain trying not to die, and going "woah, what the heck is that?" a lot.

A lot of zoomers seem to be hugely nostalgic for the multiplayer mode because it adds the potential for trolling, and to do creative things communally or cooperatively.

So of course, pedowood cashes in on that nostalgia with some LCD prolefeed and now anyone who hadn't formed his own opinion now has hype-aversion. ๐Ÿคฃ

Harry is a self-described pathologically self-centered person who is proud of himself. He urges other pathologically self-centered people to also be proud of themselves. How can he find pride in this condition? That is not entirely clear to me, but he seems to reason that since being self-centered is his very personality, it must be good, because personalities are holy. Harry doesn't exhibit any sense of need to argue that his personality is useful for others. It is his way of being and that is more than enough, it seems.

How did we end up here? I'm usually no fan of slippery slope argumentation. But here I think we actually have a real-world slippery slope in action: It is the ideology of every person's equal value that has run its course to the degree that obvious social pathologies are being counted as of equal value.

They could have.

But no. They're doing this because the stock prices are spiralling. And the only reason that's happening is because of the Tesla protests.

Qu'est-ce qui permet de formuler une telle affirmation ?

Quatre chiffres, tous publics, vรฉrifiables par chacun :

1/ La majoritรฉ de ce que chacun possรจde ne vient plus, en moyenne, de son travail, mais de son hรฉritage. Pour รชtre plus prรฉcis : 60% du patrimoine des Franรงais s'explique dรฉsormais par l'hรฉritage, et 40% par le travail. 2/ L'รขge moyen d'hรฉritage est dรฉsormais de 59 ans, ce qui n'est jamais arrivรฉ dans l'histoire. Ce qu'on transmet ร  ses enfants est donc de plus en plus ce dont on a soi-mรชme hรฉritรฉ, et pas ce qu'on a acquis grรขce ร  son travail :

3/ Nous taxons l'hรฉritage huit fois moins que le travail, c'est ร  dire ร  6% en moyenne contre 46% pour le travail. Quand on gagne 100 euros en travaillant, on en garde 54. Quand on gagne 100 euros en hรฉritant, on en garde 94. Les taux apparents des droits de succession (jusqu'ร  45%) sont trompeurs : il existe beaucoup d'abattements et exonรฉrations, de sorte que le taux rรฉel moyen est bien de 6% : 300 milliards transmis en 2022, et 18,6 milliards de droits de succession : lnkd.in/e4wGyg7B. 4/ Le travail ne permet plus ร  la majoritรฉ des gens qui travaillent (qu'on gagne 1000, 2000 ou 5000 euros par mois) d'amรฉliorer leur niveau de vie : c'est la premiรจre fois depuis 1945 qu'une gรฉnรฉration est dans cette situation lร  (ce qui ne veut pas dire pour autant que le niveau baisse) : lnkd.in/eNHcDKy3

Au total, la combinaison d'un travail qui ne permet plus ร  la majoritรฉ des gens d'amรฉliorer leur niveau de vie, avec une taxation des travailleurs huit fois plus importante que celle des hรฉritiers, fait que la majoritรฉ de ce que chacun possรจde vient du hasard de sa naissance, et non plus de son mรฉrite individuel.

C'est en ce sens que nous redevenus une sociรฉtรฉ d'hรฉritiers, et que c'est un choix collectif franรงais.

On peut changer รงa en amรฉliorant la rรฉmunรฉration du travail (rรฉduction de l'รฉcart en brut et net) et en garantissant que les hรฉritages les plus chanceux n'รฉchappent pas aux droits de succession (exemple : 10 ร  20% de droits minimum pour les 10% d'hรฉritage les plus chanceux, ร  partir de 500 000 euros d'hรฉritage par personne).

"Lors de son dernier rapport lโ€™ONDAM (une รฉmanation de la Cour des Comptes) propose des mesures pour limiter le dรฉficit de la Sรฉcuritรฉ Sociale. On sait que ce dรฉficit est la simple consรฉquence des cadeaux que le gouvernement fait aux entreprises, mais quโ€™importe. Les destructeurs dโ€™acquis sociaux ne sโ€™arrรชtent pas ร  si peu.

A la fin dโ€™une sรฉrie de mesures, toutes plus inacceptables les unes que les autres, nos experts technocrates proposent ni plus ni moins que la fin de Sรฉcuritรฉ sociale. Voici ce quโ€™ils รฉcrivent :

Au-delร  des mesures de dรฉremboursement ponctuelles appliquรฉes, il serait possible de repenser le champ des soins remboursรฉs par lโ€™assurance maladie obligatoire en fonction du niveau de revenus des assurรฉs, comme cela est appliquรฉ en Allemagne."

Le ยซ bouclier sanitaire ยป, un remboursement sous condition. En Allemagne, le ยซ bouclier sanitaire ยป est un dispositif de plafonnement des restes ร  charge proportionnel au revenu aprรจs intervention de lโ€™assurance maladie obligatoire. Chacun contribue ainsi ร  ses frais de santรฉ, ร  proportion de ses revenus, dans la limite dโ€™un plafond au-delร  duquel les frais sont pris en charge ร  100 % par lโ€™assurance maladie. Les personnes dont les revenus sont les plus bas peuvent รชtre prises en charge au premier euro, de mรชme que les soins pour les affections longue durรฉe. Cet outil est de nature ร  limiter les importantes disparitรฉs de reste ร  charge entre les assurรฉs. Il permettrait aussi un pilotage plus fin des dรฉpenses de santรฉ, la hausse du plafond se traduisant par une diminution des dรฉpenses publiques.

Le principe de base de la Sรฉcu est un principe ยซ communiste ยป - de chacun selon ses capacitรฉs et ร  chacun selon ses besoins. Les plus riches contribuent plus que les plus pauvres, mais au moment des remboursements on ne tient compte que des coรปts des soins de santรฉ que votre รฉtat a nรฉcessitรฉs. Ce beau principe a dรฉjร  รฉtรฉ sรฉrieusement รฉcornรฉ par lโ€™augmentation continuel du ticket modรฉrateur, les dรฉremboursements et la part croissante des mutuelles dans la prise en charge des soins de santรฉ. Mais la proposition de lโ€™ONDAM revient ร  sortir les plus riches de la Sรฉcuritรฉ sociale. Sโ€™ils ne sont plus remboursรฉs ou insuffisamment remboursรฉs, ils demanderont, ร  juste titre, ร  ne plus cotiser pour sโ€™assurer ailleurs โ€“ ce qui est parfaitement possible dans le cadre europรฉen. Sous couvert de ยซ sauver la Sรฉcu ยป, la proposition de lโ€™ONDAM revient ร  la tuer sans coup fรฉrir. Cโ€™est bien lโ€™objectif.

Tout cela nโ€™est pas nouveau. Dรฉjร  Hollande avait proposรฉ de mettre les prestations familiales sous condition de ressources. Voici ce que jโ€™รฉcrivais en 2001 ร  propos de cette soi-disant รฉquitรฉ promue par les rรฉformateurs de droite et de gauche.

On objectera quโ€™il est difficile de ne pas admettre lโ€™existence de droits diffรฉrenciรฉs dans le domaine social. Par exemple, tout le monde trouve juste que les bourses soient rรฉservรฉes aux รฉlรจves pauvres et non aux รฉlรจves issus de familles plus favorisรฉes. Suivant la mรชme logique, il a semblรฉ naturel de mettre toutes les prestations familiales sous condition de ressources, par exemple, rรฉserver les allocations familiales aux familles les moins favorisรฉes, tout comme les allocations pour le logement sont rรฉservรฉes ร  ceux qui, sans cela, ne pourraient se loger dรฉcemment. Ajoutons que les distributions en apparence รฉgalitaires ne le sont guรจre. Ainsi lโ€™enseignement supรฉrieur est quasi gratuit pour tous Mais comme les enfants des classes dรฉfavorisรฉes accรจdent moins souvent ร  lโ€™enseignement supรฉrieur que ceux des cadres, enseignants et professions libรฉrales. Par consรฉquent lโ€™enseignement gratuit est un cadeau fait aux plus riches. Tous ces arguments ont รฉtรฉ abondamment dรฉveloppรฉs par tous les critiques de la ยซ machine รฉgalitaire.

Or, ces รฉvidences sont des plus trompeuses. Nos principes de justice de distributive sont loin dโ€™avoir la clartรฉ de ceux dโ€™Aristote. Si les honneurs, les rรฉcompenses et les emplois publics obรฉissent au principe aristotรฉlicienne de proportionnalitรฉ au mรฉritรฉ โ€“ sachant, comme cela a รฉtรฉ dit plus haut, que gรฉnรฉralement on ne sโ€™entend guรจre sur ce quโ€™est le mรฉrite โ€“ certaines prestations sont distribuรฉes selon le principe dโ€™รฉgalitรฉ arithmรฉtique (cโ€™est le cas des allocations familiales en France ou de lโ€™accรจs ร  lโ€™enseignement public) et dโ€™autres le sont sur le principe ยซ ร  chacun selon ses besoins ยป (dans le domaine de la santรฉ par exemple ou encore le rรฉgime des bourses). Lโ€™รฉquitรฉ recommanderait sans doute quโ€™on uniformise ces principes et que les aides aillent seulement ร  ceux qui en ont rรฉellement besoin. Or, contrairement ร  ce quโ€™on pourrait croire, un tel principe dรฉtruirait plus radicalement encore toute idรฉe รฉgalitaire. Si lโ€™accรจs ร  lโ€™รฉcole รฉtait soumis ร  condition de ressources, suivant le principe, proposรฉ par Alain Madelin et repris ร  droite et ร  gauche, du ยซ chรจque รฉducation ยป permettant de faire payer ร  chacun selon ses moyens, on sโ€™engagerait inรฉluctablement dans la voie de la privatisation de tout le systรจme dโ€™enseignement, privatisation qui ne pourrait quโ€™exacerber les inรฉgalitรฉs face ร  lโ€™enseignement. En outre, les plus favorisรฉs, ne participant plus en rien ร  la redistribution รฉtatique de la richesse sociale, se sentiraient alors fondรฉs ร  refuser toute idรฉe dโ€™un bien commun.
