in reply to Joyce Donahue • • •Also, it's Texas. They can afford barbed wire to keep out immigrants, but have been reluctant to install warning systems for this, even though it happened before (1987) and they knew it would happen again.
Just saw Ted Cruz grandstanding by the flooded river, partly blaming the camps for having children in buildings near the river. Yep - blame the victims.
