It's a good design to look at not so much one to play records with. I replaced it with a Kenwood direct drive, it lasted me more than a decade before the spindle bearing finally wore out. Still haven't given up on replacing the bearing since it's been so much otherwise trouble free.

I need to automate watering though I use a soaker hose on a sprinkler zone valve but it has a few really large leaks that need repair. I bought a cheap drip irrigation system on โzon I might try that. Iโm going to get a lot of zucchini this year. They look cool with the huge flowers.
