I love vivaldi for cool built-in, nice customization, look and a killer feature is built-in mail client.
I wish vivaldi had:
- built-in proxy manager
- better built-in adblock (youtube... you know)
- search shortcuts (bookmark, history, and quick actions) just like in firefox. (search engines nicknames is a good start though)
- mobile vivaldi adblock is even worse than desktop one
- mobile vivaldi extensions (though it relies on chromium =()
Anyways thank you Vivaldi team for what you do.

Check. I've made a video. Vivaldi proxy sends you to OS proxy, thus it does not have proxy client built-in.
System proxy is not what works with me, but I use extension "SwitchyOmega" for it.
It seems this extension does not use proxy for mail client. It is not that bad, but built-in proxy in Vivaldi just as in Firefox would be very nice.

Catweazle, thank you for assistance though.
Vivaldi proxy is relying on OS system proxy only
