That's just plain wrong. Maybe it's true for contemporary "Germans" (just like the recent PISA studies says "Germans" have problems in school, when it's actually foreigners with a German passport).
Also there's not a single spelling error in these "documents". Other mistakes are far more common. Even the conjunctive is used flawlessly, which is one of the hardest parts of German grammar.
Even by chance there should be some spelling mistake somewhere, usually switched letters. Yet there is none, except the missing "ß".

Cela a longtemps provoqué une dissonance entre ce qu’Israël fait et comment il est présenté par ses alliés occidentaux et ses propres relations publiques, et aujourd’hui cette dissonance a atteint des sommets sans précédent. On enseigne (à tort) aux Occidentaux que leurs gouvernements incarnent des systèmes de valeurs vertueux donnant la priorité à la liberté, à la paix, à la justice et à la vérité, et voici que se greffe sur eux cet étrange ethno-état qui se torche très clairement avec ces valeurs sans même chercher à le dissimuler.
L’empire occidental a détruit pays après pays en partant du principe que chacun de ces pays était gouverné par un dictateur maléfique qui ne pouvait être autorisé à rester au pouvoir, et pourtant on nous demande de passer outre les actions d’un partenaire intime de l’empire occidental qui font passer ces dictateurs maléfiques pour des ours en peluche et de croire que ce partenaire est en fait entièrement aligné sur les valeurs de l’Occident vertueux. Il n’y a aucun moyen de réconcilier ces deux perspectives complètement contradictoires, d’où la dissonance cognitive.
Plus la dissonance cognitive est importante, plus il est difficile pour les gens de maintenir simultanément ces points de vue contradictoires. C’est pourquoi de plus en plus d’Occidentaux commencent à ouvrir les yeux sur la dépravation d’Israël et de leur propre gouvernement. *

Chaque fois qu’il y a une campagne de bombardement par la structure de pouvoir alignée sur les États-Unis, on voit des tentatives pour faire passer les civils tués pour des victimes imparfaites, et c’est ce que l’on voit aussi à Gaza.
Le problème, c’est qu’il est impossible de présenter les enfants comme des victimes imparfaites ; ils sont par nature irréprochables. Si tous les habitants de Gaza étaient des combattants du Hamas, ou même des hommes en âge de servir dans l’armée, la stratégie des «victimes imparfaites» fonctionnerait parfaitement, mais il se trouve que Gaza contient un pourcentage anormalement élevé d’enfants et qu’Israël les tue à un rythme tout à fait inhabituel. Vous pouvez essayer de dire que les bébés et les jeunes enfants sont en fait des combattants ou des partisans cachés du Hamas, mais tout ce que vous réussirez à faire, c’est de faire paraître votre camp plus mauvais qu’il ne l’est déjà. C’est un obstacle majeur pour l’empire occidental.
