I just learned that the Citigroup building had to have all these repairs because it was structurally unsound under high winds (in part due to contractors using bolts rather than welding, but also just design oversight on a very unconventional design) so they had a **secret evacuation plan for midtown Manhattan** and didn't really tell anyone until AFTER they mostly fixed it.

Mercredi 7 mai, la cour d’appel d’Aix-en-Provence a confirmé la mise en examen des laboratoires Merck et de l’Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament (ANSM) pour tromperie aggravée.
Mais la question que personne ne pose est : Pourquoi y a t'il 3 millions de personnes qui ont besoin de Levothyrox en France ? Pourquoi autant de problèmes de Thyroïde ?
Tout à fait juste, seulement le sujet est immense et on n'apprend pas à résoudre une équation compliquée avant d'avoir appris l'addition ou la division.... Je loue l'intégrité des magistrats qui oseront s'attaquer aux instances comme l'ANSM.
Ben c'est assez facile en fait ! Tchernobyl a lui tout seul n'a pas 20 ans, on s'est pris le nuage en plein, et bien sûr pour le coup on n'a reçu NULLE PART d'iode. Ceci dit je viens d'arrêter un traitement prévu "à vie" (depuis 20 ans...), et dans 1 mois j'aurai ou pas la confirmation de son (in)utilité, idem pour le cholestérol...
Tchernobyl c'était en 1986 fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tchernob… mais il vrai que des jeunes de moins de 40 ans ont des problèmes de Thyroïde et on ne risque pas d’arrenter ce traitement ci car si on te retire la Thyroïde, le traitement est a vie (sous peine de problème de santé très sévères)

This status quo is absurd and unjust. It allows the executive branch to write the law, in addition to executing it. That situation can lend itself to abuse and weaponization by providing Government officials tools to target unwitting individuals. It privileges large corporations, which can afford to hire expensive legal teams to navigate complex regulatory schemes and fence out new market entrants, over average Americans.
