Dandelion greens are packed with vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin A, C, E, & K, and calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium & copper. Dandelion greens are also about 14% protein, which is MORE protein per serving than spinach, Popeye’s favorite muscle building food. Dandelion greens are especially beneficial for the liver and aid in flushing out toxins and remineralizing the body. It’s high beta carotene and flavonoid content also benefits the immune system and cardiovascular system. Dandelion greens are also one of the richest sources of plant based Vitamin K which is essential for bone and neurological health and Vitamin A which is vital for eye and skin health. Dandelion greens can be found at most health food stores and farmer’s markets, but they also can be found in the spring and early summer months in your own backyard. Just make sure they have not been sprayed with any pesticides and wash in cold water before using. The leaves can also be dried and later used as a medicinal tea. The yellow flower tops and taproot are also edible and nutrient packed and will be discussed further in a separate post. Try adding a few dandelion leaves to your soup, salad, green juice, or smoothie. They can also be steamed with garlic and ginger and drizzled with a little extra virgin olive oil.

Otto von Bismarck: Anyone who has once looked into the glassy eyes of a dying warrior on the battle-field would think twice before beginning a war. wordsmith.social/protestation/…

Quotes

  • Otto Kuusinen: As long as the working class wages only an economic struggle, the bourgeoisie does not see in that any great danger for itself; but when the working class organises politically, i.e., creates a political party which expresses its will as a class, the bourgeoisie begins seriously to fear for its rule. That is why reaction deals its main blows against the political party of the working class. At the same time, trying to undermine the party from within, capitalist propaganda endeavours to persuade the workers that they can do without their own party. One of the manifestations of bourgeois influence on the working class is the anarchist and anarcho-syndicalist denial of the leading role of a political party.

He picked the bishop we all wanted among the local Catholics I know, Michael D. No global warming, no Che Guevara politics, no social justice-warrioring, no NGO culture ...

Is the UN headed for collapse?

youtube.com/watch?v=Fy5v3As5Bm…

My Comment: The sooner the UN is dismantled, the better! I've had multiple encounters with various people at the UN, including Tedros, here in Geneva. They are the most useless, evil and corrupt organization on the planet!
The absolute worst crime they are attempting, right now, is to prohibit free speech so their false narratives can't be exposed.
UN troops have been involved in endless cases of crimes against women and children - Congo, Haiti, Kosovo etc.
The UN envoy for child protection was convicted of abusing children.
WHO collaborated with the CCP, claiming that Wuhan was from a natural origin, which was clearly false - and they knew it when they made the claim.
They pushed useless vaccines - not just against COVID, a scandal that didn't even begin to unfold - but against the Swine 'flu. That was officially condemned in 2009.
In 2008, the WHO and UNAIDS were forced to apologize to Dr. Chin who exposed that they had doubled the number of AIDS infections, worldwide (except in Africa), for political and ideological reasons.
They push the CLIMATE HOAX with endless lies. The sea level is not rising catastrophically, but at the exact same slow pace as 200 years ago - on average .037 to 1.7 mm per year or about 1m every 1000 years. The glaciers aren't melting - that was a UN lie even Nature had to debunk. There's definitely no "global boiling", in the ridiculous words of that scammer António Guterres - global temperatures are lower than the 40 year average, right now. And why is the head of the IPCC a former Exxon executive?
Why are representatives for evil, genocidal, fascist dictatorships named to the human rights and women's rights councils? That turns those institutions into a complete joke.
Why was Israel condemned more often than China, Russia, Iran, Sudan, North Korea, Venezuela etc.? Clearly, the UN is controlled by antisemitic scum.
The UN's Agenda 2030 is clearly a monumental Marxist power grab. The WEF is in a partnership with the UN to implement the Agenda 2030 since 2019. The WEF is in a partnership with the Marxist clowns from the Club of Rome since 1973. Do I need to go on?
President Trump is the best thing that could have happened, to the planet!

Oops: DanaBot Malware Devs Infected Their Own PCs

The U.S. government today unsealed criminal charges against 16 individuals accused of operating and selling DanaBot, a prolific strain of information-stealing malware that has been sold on Russian cybercrime forums since 2018. The FBI says a newer version of DanaBot was used for espionage, and that many of the defendants exposed their real-life identities after accidentally infecting their own systems with the malware.

Abdülhamit’in tahta çıkarıldığı 1876’da (1.

Samsun’a çıkan Mustafa Kemal ve arkadaşları 19 Mayıs 1919’dan itibaren Topal Osman, Kel Hasan, Halil Tapanoğlu, Said Tapanoğlu, Mehmet Tataloğlu, Kara Mehmet, Larçınzade Hakkı Bey, Mehmet Tirali, İpsiz Recep gibi çetecilerle görüşmeye başladı.

– “Temizliyorum” dedi.

Her fırsatta demokratikleşmeden bahseden Cumhuriyet iktidarlarının sonuncusu olan AKP-MHP ittifakı, bugün Kürt sorunun çözümünden söz ederken, Lozan sözcüğüne bile tahammül edemeyen seslerin yükseldiğini görüyoruz.
