The level of trust required for these members of BRICS to actually form any kind of real alliance is decades away, if its ever possible. China will continue to build extractive relationships with the developing world where they have the leverage to do so, and they will be sure to not give India or any other BRICS member leverage over them.
Meanwhile, India will have to continue to look to the west for sizable portion of their economic growth opportunities for reasons of who has the money if nothing else.

Yemen says it will resume targeting US warships in the Red Sea if Washington intervenes militarily in support of Israel against Iran.

The biggest problem with d&d axes is that people try to pick an alignment and then have their character's actions come from it (and the resulting frequently induced cross-table talk with the eye-rolling phrase "a lawful/neutral/chaotic good/neutral/evil character wouldn't do that! You're X/Y, so you wouldn't do that!").
No real person has every action fall within one of the outlying boxes' bounds. Actually 'moving' yourself from the neutral spot is (supposed to be) beyond most mortals.
In quite a few cases across the different editions, this behavior is enforced by class requirements. Though even then it's still dumb to argue about that unless you're at the point that the GM has to seriously consider changing your alignment because your actions are so far beyond your character's on-paper alignment.

@pal je ne vois pas le rapport. La vidéo parle d'une startup danoise qui fabrique un réacteur au thorium dans un conteneur 40' standard. L'Indonésie devrait être le premier client (l'Indonésie manifeste depuis longtemps le souhait de s'équiper en nucléaire).
Personnellement je ne le crois pas (et même si je m'en réjouis, comme dans le même temps la France renonce aux renouvelables pour des EPR2 qu'elle ne sait pas construire, je ne peux que m'inquiéter)
@pal je ne sais pas, la politique française sur tous les sujets est chaotique et incohérente de toute façon. Les EPR2 sont un concept merdique. Les surgénérateurs, par contre, c'est l'avenir (en particulier pour fermer le cycle du combustible, et aussi détruire le stock de déchets existants).

one of the problems with having to buy everything on amazon from china now is that for example, when you need 2 replacement motor brushes for an angle grinder, you have to order 20 of them, because there's no profit in warehousing and delivering just 2 of them for you like there would be in an old time hardware store that stocks parts to repair power tools
the big box hardware stores have lots of crap like christmas decorations and lawn furniture and other dumb crap you don't need, while having few repair parts for tools, and a poor selection of bolts and fasteners, and lacking in other stuff that a real hardware store should have
anyway yeah it's not the switch on the angle grinder, it's the carbon motor brushes. looks like i will be using the big nig 3000 grinder for the next few days instead of the ryobi
would be real nice to be able to buzz over to a decent hardware store and have a helpful old timer find the motor brushes i need today, cause he has been working there for 20 years and knows they have some that fit, in their big cabinet full of motor brushes
we took a wrong turn sometime in the 80s thanks to greedy politicians and boomers and wall street corporate types who cared more care about short term profit than preventing everything from being shitty for future generations
of course there are still people who care, and people who are scrambling to get it back, but changes were set in motion a long time ago. there is a lot of inertia against turning the ship around if you feel me
you don't sell out 90% of your industry to a slave system like china, flood yourself with millions of low wage 3rd world immigrants, spend 10s of trillions of dollars on pointless wars, etc, without paying severe consequences for generations to come.
