I'm sure it's happened but I can't recall #Google #Wallet ever pushing an advertisement to me out of the blue. Not to say that Google doesn't push ads. I stopped using #Waze and #GoogleMaps precisely because of the ads. Just that I don't recall ever seeing any in Google Wallet.

I know this is stupid, and I know this is simple, and I know that #Compiz had this over a decade ago, but to have a #KDE #window I'm working in #explode into a bajillion pieces when I close/ exit the window is just so damn satisfying. I've missed shit like this. Yes it's superficial. I don't care. I like eye candy!

The Fictional Mental Illness That Only Affects Enemies Of The Western Empire

The stories of the western empire ask us to believe that everyone who finds themselves in the imperial crosshairs is an irrational actor whose loony behavior can only be attributed to some uncontrollable defect within their own minds, or who will soon snap and do something nutty if they are not contained by force.

Reaching 100TPH with AIMIX Crusher Machines: Ideal APJ and APF Models for Limestone Projects

Achieving consistent 100-ton-per-hour output in limestone crushing operations requires precise equipment selection that balances production demands with material characteristics. AIMIX's APJ series jaw crushers and APF series impact crushers have emerged as preferred solutions for mid-sized limestone projects, offering the perfect combination of throughput capacity, particle shape control, and operational economy. These purpose-built machines address the unique challenges of limestone processing—from its moderate abrasiveness to its cleavage-dominated fracture patterns—while maintaining compact footprints ideal for mobile configurations.

100tph limestone crushing plant for aggregate production in Tanzania

The 100TPH benchmark represents a sweet spot for many aggregate operations, large enough to service commercial concrete plants and road projects yet small enough to permit flexible deployment. AIMIX rock crushers in this range incorporate specialized design features that optimize limestone processing, from wear-resistant alloy compositions to chamber geometries engineered for the material's compressive strength profile. Their performance demonstrates how targeted engineering can extract maximum value from limestone deposits without over-investing in excessive capacity.

APJ Series Jaw Crushers: Precision Limestone Reduction

Optimized Chamber Geometry

The APJ-E75 model's 750x500mm crushing chamber features a 27° nip angle and aggressive stroke profile that exploits limestone's natural cleavage planes. This configuration produces interparticle crushing that reduces fines generation while achieving the 100TPH target with 90kW power consumption. The curved jaw plates ensure consistent pressure distribution across the crushing zone, preventing localized wear common in rectangular chamber designs.

Wear Management Systems

Manganese steel alloys with 18% Mn and 2% Cr composition provide 20% longer service life than standard alternatives when processing abrasive limestone varieties. The rotatable jaw plate design triples component lifespan by enabling position changes before complete wear-out. Hydraulic adjustment mechanisms maintain closed-side settings within ±2mm tolerance, ensuring consistent product gradation throughout wear cycles.

Mobile Crusher Plant

APF Series Impact Crushers: Cubical Product Specialists

Multi-Chamber Rotor Design

The APF-1214 impact crusher's three-stage impact zones progressively fracture limestone while minimizing recirculation load. The counterflow rotor configuration produces 85% cubical product at 100TPH—ideal for concrete aggregate specifications. Adjustable grinding paths allow operators to fine-tune between maximum reduction (for raw feed) and optimal shape (for finished products).

Material Adaptability Features

When processing clay-bearing limestone, the APF series' automatic clearing system prevents packing by periodically reversing rotor direction. Integrated rock shelves protect the rotor from direct limestone impact during feed fluctuations, reducing wear rates by 30% compared to conventional designs. The limestone crusher maintains 100TPH output even with 8-10% moisture content in feed material.

System Integration for Maximum Efficiency

Closed-Circuit Configuration

Pairing an APJ-E75 jaw crusher with an APF-1214 impact crusher in closed-circuit creates a complete 100TPH system that yields 98% usable product with minimal oversize. The jaw crusher's consistent discharge feeds the impact crusher's shaping action, while the onboard screen returns oversize for additional reduction. This arrangement achieves 15% better energy efficiency than single-stage crushing alternatives.

Mobility Advantages

The track-mounted versions (APJ-E75V and APF-1214V) maintain full 100TPH capacity while enabling site relocation within one workday. Their compact dimensions (under 3m width) permit access to confined urban sites where stationary plants cannot operate. The hybrid power option switches between diesel and electric modes, reducing fuel costs by 40% at grid-connected locations.

The AIMIX APJ and APF series demonstrate how purpose-designed crushers can optimize limestone processing economics. Their balanced approach to throughput, product quality, and operating costs makes them particularly suited for contractors and aggregate producers needing reliable 100TPH performance without the complexity of oversized systems. As limestone remains the backbone material for construction projects worldwide, these machines offer a compelling combination of German engineering principles and Chinese manufacturing value—delivering European-level performance at accessible price points.

Before I move ahead with doing these (audio-only, with Live Chat) podcasts on #YouTube, I've been asked already to broaden topics out beyond obvious tech and policy and political issues to include other areas that I write about sporadically and/or have been involved in, like classic films/TV, my time working on the first "Star Trek" movie (ST:TMP), and other assorted flotsam and gypsum. Works for me if it doesn't bore you guys to distraction.

Someone will need to explain to me why it makes sense to cut services for the poor, veterans, people who need healthcare and retirees who worked all their lives to give tax cuts to people who are billionaires and can take vacations to space or rent out half of Venice for a wedding. Please, explain it like I'm a kindergartener.

@Disisdeguey🔻Pavlichenko🇵🇸 @Augie Ray If people believe you, which would be unfortunate, it means millions will starve again. It is clear you do not understand the implications of states distributing the collective productive output of the population. It means 1) it will be done inefficiently because there are no automatic market feedbacks to adjust production to consumption, 2) it will be at the whim of the state which means YOU have no freedom because the state controls your access to all resources, and 3) peoples output will trend to zero because when you're guaranteed a fixed amount of resource your incentive to be productive and efficient is zero. There is NOTHING attractive to this system. If you don't want to look at history, then look at a modern day example, North Korea. No Thanks! There is a reason nobody escaped from West Germany to East Germany or from South Korea to North Korea.

What problems can I expect using Linux (Fedora) with an NVIDIA GPU?

I'm planning on getting a laptop within the next month which will be my daily driver for university, and it has a RTX 5060. I know people have lots of issues with NVIDIA on Linux, but I don't know of any specific issues. What issues can I expect running Fedora 42 (KDE) on this device?

I am not responding to most comments here, but I am silently taking them into account.

A lot of the info here reads as outdated to me, I have a 40 series card and on bazzite with open drivers it works with zero issues on major titles like Cyberpunk, Horizon, etc. The open drivers have come a long way. It took maybe 5 months post 40 series release for it to work 100% with no glaring issues for me, but 40 series was also the first cards to be launched with the open drivers so it makes sense there'd be hiccups

The only issues I've had on Wayland are color related.

Christmas the first year we were dating I bought my girlfriend a 3 foot tall stuffed male lion. Years later when we got married it stood in the corner of our bed room. It had been standing there of like a year or two. One day my wife was vacuuming and putting the lion on the bed for obvious reasons. Or first cat Raz came in on jumped on the bed. She to one look at the lion and went full hiss, caterwauling, arched back, hair standing up further than I thought it could. We both died laughing.

Funny thing is it wasn't the last time she did it. She was ok with it in the corner but on the bed was strictly off limits for Leo.

If you're wondering, she was the only one that did that.
