Before the Israeli closure of Gaza’s border crossings on March 2, aid convoys entering Gaza had already been subject to repeated theft by gangs that the Government Media Office said operate under military cover to destabilize the area.

If I recall CAD monitors weren't normal CRT monitors, in that there wasn't a continuous scan-line like CRTs used to have.

The electron gun in CAD monitors re-drew the image over and over again in a vector pattern.

The manufacturer in that photo was probably Tektronix. They dominated the market from 1965-1980.
