A year or two ago I came across the advice to never believe *any* thought you have about your life after 9pm, and that has helped me avert or break out of I-don't-know-how-many doom and gloom spirals since then.

But 2 things. first I had no idea how weak I had become. Second it was reall heavy the first weeks but soon it got easier and I was never expecting this. But after 1 year I broke the records of my youth in some compound moves.
Now I train all year around and my work feels less tiresome. I feel stronger, lighter and have more energy
And this is the best part, push ups only takes like 1 minute.

How are universities and centres of research & learning involved?

To suspend or prevent all trade agreements and investment relations, and impose sanctions, including asset freezes, on entities and individuals involved in activities that may endanger the Palestinians;
To enforce accountability, ensuring that corporate entities face legal consequences for their involvement in serious violations of international law.
For corporate entities (that includes Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Palantir, Booking, etc.), the UN Special Rapporteur recommends:
To promptly cease all business activities and terminate relationships directly linked with, contributing to and causing human rights violations and international crimes against the Palestinian people, in accordance with international corporate responsibilities and the law of self-determination;
To pay reparations to the Palestinian people, including in the form of an apartheid wealth tax along the lines of post-apartheid South Africa.
Trade unions, workers and others in civil society have a role, too.
Francesca Albanese urges people in these groups:
'... to press for boycotts, divestments, sanctions, justice for Palestine and accountability at the international and domestic levels; together, the people of the world can end these unspeakable crimes.''
