I know this is a bit controversial, I've done a tiny bit of research on it. But honestly, until last night, I didn't realize people used anything but 1:1.
From what I've read, most older recipes are 2:1? And most modern recipes are 1:1? What do you use?
I use 2:1 when I bother to heat it in a pot, but recently I've taken to just filling sugar and boiling water into the intended container and shaking it every couple of minutes, and that method leads to somewhat more watery syrup. Still more sugar than water, though.
If a recipe needs more dilution, you can always add water while mixing the cocktail. I do that pretty often.

L'électricité solaire produit du courant continu sur un réseau conçu pour l'alternatif. Ceci pose toutes sortes de problèmes techniques; ces problèmes ont certainement joué un rôle dans le blackout ibérique du 28 avril (bien que des efforts désespérés aient été fait pour le dissimuler dans les rapports officiels : 15 jours plus tôt, l'Espagne se vantait d'avoir fonctionné avec 100% de renouvelables...). Évidemment cette déconnexion est une très mauvaise nouvelle: les renouvelables (comme le nucléaire) coûtent cher en investissement (CAPEX) et presque rien en exploitation (OPEX). Pour rentabiliser l'investissement, il faut donc produire un maximum; "effacer" la production induit donc une perte sèche de rentabilité. Cela se produit lorsque l'offre est supérieure à la demande et que les prix sont donc négatifs.
@Salinger 3 le problème est que pour l'instant, on ne sait toujours pas stocker. Construire des masses de capacités de production fatale sans stockage, c'est complètement con.

Les fossiles en plus ont un gros avantage financier : ils coûtent approximativement en proportion de ce qu'ils produisent. Le nucléaire et les renouvelabes coûtent pareil que la production soit 100% ou 0% de la capacité.
Il faut bien comprendre qu'il y a une équation économique : on ne peut pas construire des capacités infinies, on n'a pas de ressources infinies pour cela....
@Salinger 3 oui mais primo nous vivons dans un monde capitaliste, si ça n'est pas rentable ça ne peut pas durer. Le fossile, c'est rentable. Le capitalisme n'en a rien à cirer que ça tue des gens ou que ça rende la planète inhabitable.
@Salinger 3 faudrait savoir, soit tu es pour la révolution prolétarienne et le communisme, soit tu es pour le capitalisme. Si tu es pour le capitalisme (même le capitalisme "contrôlé", ce doux rêve), alors la transition doit être rentable sinon elle n'aura pas lieu. Après, communisme ou capitalisme, on a une quantité donnée de béton, d'acier, etc. Avec cette quantité de matière, on peut générer une certaine quantité d'énergie, variable en fonction des technologies choisies.
@Salinger 3 pas dans le cadre du capitalisme. Dans le cadre du capitalisme, seul compte l'argent. Absolument rien d'autre n'a la moindre importance. Si ça ne rapporte pas d'argent, rien ne se passe. C'est un fait, c'est juste la réalité objective. Partant de là, soit tu choisis de lutter pour la révolution totale, soit tu réfléchis à comment faire la transition avec un système de production 1° rentable 2° qui fonctionne dans le cadre des limites matérielles.
Je te rappelle que les capitalistes empoisonnent l'eau, l'air, tuent des millions de gens pour faire de l'argent. Je pense que pour croire qu'on peut "moraliser le capitalisme" il faut être complètement con. Ou plutôt, complètement aveuglé par son petit confort bourgeois, ses petits privilèges. Mais si on regarde avec un peu d'objectivité les choses, il est évident qu'il est aussi impossible de moraliser le capitalisme que de rendre des lions végans.
Il faudrait trouver des solutions bonnes pour l'humanité, et pour toute la nature qui nous permet de vivre, mais qui rapporteraient au moins un peu de fric pour ces grosses s***** de capitalistes, ça serait peut-être une transition "acceptable" ? Car le temps joue vraiment contre nous et nos enfants. Entre une révolution hypothétique et ça je préfèrerais toujours les petits pas concrets et efficaces, même si je devrais me boucher le nez de voir un système sans foi ni loi perdurer encore quelques temps, avant ..... la révolution. Enfin, rêvons un peu ....
Mais je crois que hormis les lobbies des ENR, même les gauchos dans beaucoup de pays en europe en reviennenent de leur dogmato-cathéchisme sur le nucléaire, il faut garder espoir ...

Je suis encore dans l'industrie, et j'ai travaillé pour le nucléaire, et quand je vois les tonnes de bêtises qu'on raconte, c'est vraiment de l'endoctrinement qui tourne au fanatisme. Putain les camarades ouvrez des livres scientifiques et techniques, allez à des conférences de vrais pros, transportez vos culs sur des centrales et discutez avec des ingés, des techos, et des représentants des syndicats, peut-être que vos paupières s'ouvriront un peu. Tous les gens sérieux y compris dans le nucléaire le disent depuis des années, ce n'est pas la source d'énergie idéale, elle a ses revers mais on a pas mieux pour l'instant, pour transiter vers autre chose.
