It's Okuu! She's cute, and very dangerous. While she's quite birdbrained about most things, she could easily explain to you in perfect detail the mechanics of how the nuclear reactor underground works. A very strange girl in that respect. At the least her bird brain makes her very easy to get along with, if a bit hard to understand. She'd gladly be friends with anyone so long as they mean no harm to Satori or Koishi.

#Milei hat die #Renten der sozial Schwächsten real um rund 20% erhöht.


Gemessen an der Grundnahrungsmittelmenge, die für die Berechnung der Armutsgrenze verwendet wird, stiegen die Renten im Mai 2025 gegenüber November 2023, dem letzten Monat vor Amtsantritt Mileis, angeblich um 25,4 %, nachdem sie bei der Vorgängerregierung zwischen Dezember 2022 und November 2023 um 36,6 % gefallen waren.

Im Vergleich zum gesamten (abgespeckten) Warenkorb, der für die Berechnung der Armutsgrenze verwendet wird, stiegen sie unter Milei um 19,2 %, nachdem sie unter der Vorgängerregierung um 31,8 % gefallen waren.
Libertäre sind eben die wirklich Sozialen.

An den Renten sieht man die Bedeutung makroökonomischer Ordnung und eines konsistenten Finanzprogramms.
Insgesamt stiegen die Renten unter Milei zwischen November 2023 und Mai 2025 real (gegen den gesamten Warenkorb) um 9,5 Prozent und der Haushalt war ausgeglichen.

Zwischen Dezember 2022 und November 2023 sanken unter der Vorgängerregierung die Renten um 30 % und es gab trotzdem ein Haushaltsdefizit von fast 5 % des BIP.

Αλλά να διαλέγουμε τυχαία άτομα χωρίς να ξέρουμε τι γίνεται στη ζωή τους, να τους καρφώνουμε μια κάμερα και να τους δίνουμε ακούσια δημοσιότητα που αναπόφευκτα καταλήγει σε βορά στη νοσηρότητα των μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης όπου η υποκρισία πάει σύννεφο είναι απαράδεκτο.
Κι από τη στιγμή που δεν ξέρουμε τι προβλήματα θα δημιουργήσει η στιγμιαία εστίαση της κάμερας, την κλείνουμε, καρφώνουμε το καπάκι στο φακό για να έχουμε την ησυχία μας και την ξεχνάμε.

We are told that #Taiwan is an international flash point and the #USA is honor-bound to defend Tawian against reunification with the mainland because, and I quote: “Taiwan’s 23 million people deserve self-determination”.


  • Why didn’t the 9,103,332 people of the Confederate States of America deserve self-determination?
  • Why don’t the 4,543,126 people of Palestine deserve self-determination?
  • Why didn’t the 10.3 million people of the separatist oblasts of Ukraine deserve self-determination?
  • Why don’t the 8,012,231 people of Catalunya deserve self-determination?

#Self-determination is just another #Enlightenment #inversion. It means that #ClownWorld will claim it is a casus belli whenever it wants a #war, and use military force to deny whenever it fears losing control. Unless the USA is going to go to war with #Israel, #Ukraine, and #Spain, and permit the former-Confederate states to depart the #Union in #peace, it has absolutely no business claiming any right or responsibility to “defend” one part of #China from the rest of it.

Wir leben in einer Mediengesellschaft. Für diese Aussage wären im Grunde fünf Euro ins Phrasenschwein fällig, denn die Anzahl der Medien, die um die Gunst der Leser und Zuschauer buhlen, war noch nie so hoch. Wir leisten uns in #Deutschland den Luxus eines hochbezahlten öffentlich-rechtlichen #Rundfunks, für den die #Sendeanstalten 8,74 Milliarden Euro im vergangenen Jahr eingesammelt haben. Dazu kommt eine sehr große Anzahl an Zeitungen, die sich von der klassischen regionalen #Tageszeitung bis hin zum überregional bedeutenden Blatt bewegen. Auch die neuen oder alternativen Medien haben in den vergangenen Jahren ein enormes Wachstum hingelegt. Hinzu kommen Fachzeitschriften für jede noch so ausgefallene Profession und mannigfaltige Hobbies. Man könnte also im Grunde von einer bestens informierten Gesellschaft ausgehen und läge damit so weit daneben, wie es nur eben noch geht.

Acquaintance of mine adopted a kitten but her senior cat (female) keeps attacking him. She was about to take him back to the Humane Society. I agreed to foster him for a few days to see if Momo (my senior male) accepts him. If so I will adopt the newcomer.

It’s been a while since I’ve interacted with a kitten and good lord he’s got a lot of energy. I adopted all my other cats as adults. Young adult cats have more than enough energy for me; this little guy is bonkers.
