Τότε τον ενημέρωσαν ότι μπορεί να «καταθέσει τα χαρτιά του» για να τύχει και επιδότησης από τον ΟΠΕΚΕΠΕ.. Έκανε όλη την διαδικασία, ξόδεψε χρήματα για να τακτοποιήσει όλα τα δικαιολογητικά και υπέβαλε την αίτηση σε ένα από τα Κέντρα Υποδοχής του Νομού Θεσπρωτίας.
Στην πορεία και μετά από αρκετό διάστημα έμαθε ότι η αίτησή του απορρίφθηκε. Κι αυτό γιατί δεν είχε απολυτήριο Λυκείου!!!

According to the article, this is a classic "announceable" - they've not figured out how they're going to take payments, because the department who issued the notice doesn't actually collect fees for visas 🙄 They need to pass legislation first, which probably isn't going to happen before summer hols.
