Τότε τον ενημέρωσαν ότι μπορεί να «καταθέσει τα χαρτιά του» για να τύχει και επιδότησης από τον ΟΠΕΚΕΠΕ.. Έκανε όλη την διαδικασία, ξόδεψε χρήματα για να τακτοποιήσει όλα τα δικαιολογητικά και υπέβαλε την αίτηση σε ένα από τα Κέντρα Υποδοχής του Νομού Θεσπρωτίας.

Στην πορεία και μετά από αρκετό διάστημα έμαθε ότι η αίτησή του απορρίφθηκε. Κι αυτό γιατί δεν είχε απολυτήριο Λυκείου!!!

Η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, υποχρέωσε την χώρα να ορίσει συγκεκριμένη εκπαιδευτική βαθμίδα και η Ελλάδα παρότι είχε επιλογές, επέλεξε αυτή του Λυκείου.

Για ορισμένα τουλάχιστον μέτρα ενίσχυσης όπως αυτό των νέων αγροτών.
