@adiz that's pretty cool, one thing I'm surprised is that I haven't seen this idea being copied. With introduction of mass drones flying around, seems like low noise propellers would be a really nice touch.
There is a lot of regulation that severely limits the exploration of drone delivery in the USA + the way the USA is designed makes virtually everything, including drone delivery, horrendously inefficient.
It's a bit sad considering the USA has an extremely robust aviation sector and a lot of talent in the UAS space, but the entire country is setup like garbage so it makes any practical technological application foolish.

Ben déjà sur le lien que tu donnes, il y a des signatures négatives la nuit (graphe du milieu). On peut se lever la nuit pour supprimer sa signature ? Fallait avoir vachement des remords pour ne pas arriver à dormir. Bien-sûr, s'il doit y avoir des manipulations des données, il ne faut pas que ça se voie trop. D'autre part, je ne me suis pas levé moi-même pour scruter s'il y avait du négatif par seconde. Ah mais, s'il y a des signatures négatives la nuit, pourquoi pas le jour ? Elles serait noyées dans les positives. Une seule personne peut savoir comment ce graphe a été codé, il n'y a la source que pour le premier graphe. Il pourrait être utile de lui demander des précisions.

Oui, le codeur a l'air correct, son algorithme se base sur les données reçues de l'AN. Il me semble plus logique de croire que c'est le site de l'An qui est relou. Quand je parlais de lui demander, c'est pour savoir s'il y a moyen d'isoler les données négatives pour des précisions ou si les points de ce graphe ont une telle hauteur qu'ils font croire à des données négatives ? Cependant, si ça a la même épaisseur que les deux autres graphes, le négatif ne se justifie pas. Ça pourrait se situer sur la ligne 0, pas nettement en-dessous.
Salut, Il n'y a pas de valeurs négatives, c'est juste un problème d'affichage, en zoomant sur le graphique il ressemble à cela :
Le nombre total de signature est tout simplement récupéré à interval régulier sur le site de l'assemblée nationale, et il déduit le nombre de signature par seconde qu'il y avait à ce moment là en regardant combien il y a eu de nouvelles signatures dans cet interval. Rien de sorcier, et je ne pense pas de toute façon qu'il soit possible d'annuler sa signature.
Quant-à l'auteur, je ne le connais pas, mais j'ai découvert son site sur la pétition, j'ai donc vu son site perso, c'est un chercheur de l'Inria à Lille. J'ai vu qu'il avait mis un lien vers mon site du coup j'en ai aussi mis un vers le sien et je lui ai envoyé un e-mail pour le remercier, auquel il a répondu. Pas de raison d'être soupçonneux à mon avis, tout semble normal à tout point de vue.
Ce qui serait bien par contre, c'est qu'on dépasse les 2 millions, voire les 2,1M pour battre Les Républicains au législative... 😀
Moi, ce que je vois quand j'agrandis le second graphe, c'est ça : La ligne descend nettement sous zéro. Mais je ne soupçonne pas ce chercheur, car le nombre total de signatures est le même sur le site de l'AN et sur le sien, avec une petite latence. Les données sont les mêmes, mais elles ne peuvent pas devenir négatives à certains moments car je ne crois pas qu'il soit possible d'annuler sa signature, pourtant ce graphe montre des moment de signatures négatives.
Quand on passe sa souri sur le graphe, on voit les valeurs s'afficher. Et jamais ça ne descend en dessous de 0. Je pense que c'est vraiment un défaut d'affichage du graphe.

Si tu veux t'en convaincre (un peu technique) : - Sur le site, ouvre l'inspecteur web de ton navigateur en appuyant sur F12 - Avec l'inspecteur, sélectionne les graphes de gauche <div id="c1" class="cco"> et de droite et supprime les - Le graphe centrale va automatiquement prendre toute la place et tu auras l'affichage que j'ai eu dans ma capture d'écran ci-dessus, sans valeur négative
