(version 2025) Après quelques très légères améliorations assez insignifiantes il y a quelques années, la désillusion continue et s'aggrave cette année puisque le nombre de fichiers en formats propriétaire augmente encore de 4 % et représente désormais près de 90 % des fichiers publiés. Affligeant.
OK pour les sites académiques mais quid du site Eduscol en premier ? Je suis toujours sidéré d'avoir à télécharger une ressource en .docx (exemple récent : protocole-cadre 1er degré eduscol.education.fr/4063/agir…).
Ce pourcentage global était de 85,75 % l'an dernier et 81,6 il y a deux ans. Mis à part quelques « bons élèves » en la matière, qu'on retrouve tous les ans en tête du classement comme l'Académie de Rennes avec près de 40 % (en baisse de 5 % tout de même) de fichiers publiés dans un format ouvert et interopérable ou celle de Dijon, avec près de 24,5 % (contre 32 % l'an dernier), on regrettera cette année la dégringolade de l'académie de Dijon qui passe de 30 % à 11 %.
Autre grosse déception pour l'académie de Montpellier qui passe de 17 % de fichiers dans des formats ouverts l'an dernier à 6,5 % cette année. Pour l'anecdote, il semblerait que dans les académies de Martinique et Guadeloupe personne ne connaisse les formats libres de la famille ODF avec seulement 10 pauvres fichiers .odt perdus sur leur domaine ! Encore pire pour Paris avec un quasi carton plein pour les formats propriétaires. 😡

Well, same, but I have a bit more linux experience more than macOS, and linux is a lot less stuff than macos. Apple may have plans to implement voice which means it's always on, and it will hear everything, in the future, and linux doesn't plan on that any time soon. And the UI might become so inaccessible if newer versions get this permanent always on voice stuff.
@mckensie Those are features that can be turned off, besides you’ll have privacy since that’s Apple’s whole point. Is it privacy concerns or you just don’t want voice enabled to be default?
I just don't want voice enabled as default, and with that turned on in the future, Apple and Microsoft are going to be on the same page, that if blind people can't assess their computers at that point, they might as well use linux. Yes it is a learning curve, but sometimes we have to get used to it
@mckensie I wanna get a macbook at some point, but even if I do that's not gonna mean I get rid of this Windows desktop, I play audiogames and do stuff that's only possible on Windows, and I don't wanna have to only rely on something like Shadow or even virtual machines to do Windows stuff. I can install Jump Desktop and access this desktop from other devices when needed.
