- Discussion talking about rolling coal and how truck drivers that modify their trucks to "roll coal" are basically assholes. - Lawyer chimes in and says technically rolling coal on somebody is assault but good luck getting that proved because an assault has to have "harm". - To which I reply with the following hypothetical: -- Say the victim has asthma -- They get "coal rolled". -- They have a serious asthma attack as a result -- Severe asthma attacks can be fatal if not treated -- Vitim dies. -- Now the driver could be charged with voluntary manslaughter!
