sudo bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://phoenix.celenity.dev/debian_uninstall.sh)"
The manual install instructs several "sudo mv" operations. IIUC 'mv' will maintain the original owner and permissions. This would mean that the policy and configuration files, when properly installed, are still owned by the user instead of e.g. root. Thus there is access to and room for malicious changes. (And depending on umask, might also not be accessible to other users on the system even though placed in system-wide paths.)

It does feel like there is, at long last, a bit of a turning point in European Israel support. Which is of course good. But:
- It comes far too late. As if everything up to now was ok!
- With ongoing US support and Israel determined, not sure how much difference it will make (and maybe they know this; all just positioning?)
- Also: what is their vision? You must let in more food aid whilst continuing to annihilate? SO much more is surely needed to help #Gaza

Granite isn’t just a pretty face on kitchen countertops—it’s the muscle behind countless construction projects. But the magic doesn’t happen until it’s crushed, sifted, and sculpted into the exact sizes needed, ranging from whisper-fine 0–5mm dust to sturdy 40mm chunks. These sizes from granite crusher machine aren’t arbitrary. They’re the difference between a rock-solid foundation and a total structural flop.
You can’t just crush granite and hope for the best. The final size determines where and how the aggregate gets used. For instance, 0–5mm fines are essential in making concrete smoother and more workable, while 10–20mm gravel finds its way into roads, drainage beds, and structural backbones. Jump to 30–40mm, and you're looking at railway ballast or large-scale civil engineering projects.
The wrong size? That’s a recipe for cracked concrete, clogged filters, or underperforming drainage systems. Size, quite literally, shapes performance.
Each project speaks a different language when it comes to particle size. Ready-mix concrete thrives on the perfect blend—often a tight mix of 10mm and 20mm. Asphalt, on the other hand, leans more into the smaller grades. Large gabion stones need sizes closer to the upper limit of the 40mm mark.
This is why size control isn’t just a checkbox—it’s a deal-breaker. It decides whether a batch of crushed granite becomes premium construction material or gets tossed in the reject pile.
The journey of a granite boulder is epic. First, it meets the jaw crusher, which performs the brutal task of breaking down massive chunks—think 600mm or larger—into manageable pieces. But this is only the beginning.
Next in line: the cone crusher or sometimes an impact crusher for secondary crushing. Here, the rocks are honed down to medium sizes—around 40mm to 20mm. Precision begins to take shape.
The final act belongs to the tertiary crusher. This stage focuses on finesse, churning out finely graded material, often in the 0–10mm range. Some setups go even further with vertical shaft impactors (VSI) to produce sharp-edged, cubical sand from granite dust.
Different crushers wear different hats. Jaw crushers are brute-force machines—efficient but not subtle. Cone crushers provide balance, allowing adjustable settings to dial in medium-size granules. Meanwhile, VSIs are artists in disguise, refining texture and angularity with uncanny precision.
Screening decks work behind the scenes, sorting crushed rock by size through multiple layers of vibrating meshes. Without screens, you’re just guessing. With them, you’re orchestrating.
Getting the right size isn't luck. It's a game of calibration. Modern crushers for gravel use closed-circuit systems, where oversize material loops back into the crusher until it fits the grade. This feedback loop ensures nothing too big sneaks through the system.
Automation tools step in with sensors and real-time adjustments, reducing human error. Think of it as cruise control for crushing—smart, consistent, and efficient.
Want more fines? Tighten the crusher setting. Too much dust? Adjust the screen inclination or mesh size. Operators often tweak eccentric throw or CSS (closed-side setting) to match real-world demands. Even small changes—a few millimeters—can have dramatic effects on the particle profile.
Water spray systems can also be added to control dust and improve screening accuracy, especially when targeting the 0–5mm range. It's not brute force—it’s finesse.
Controlling granite's final size is a mix of science, art, and machine muscle. From boulders to dust, every step matters. And when it’s done right, you don’t just get the right size—you get the right results.
What is a cone crusher for sale? It is typically used in the secondary and tertiary stages, following primary crushing by jaw crusher or gyratory crusher.AIMIX GROUP

Article discussing the push for passkeys as an alternative to passwords, including numerous problems associated with passkeys like big companies agenda, complicated proprietary implementations, vendor lock-in requirements and dependency on smartphone…www.dedoimedo.com
A lot of incorrect assumptions in this article. If you don't like the idea of a key exchange over passwords, I hope you use password auth when you SSH into things 😁
The word passwordless is nonsense. In most cases, most passkey implementations, you need a PIN to unlock your private key to authenticate. PIN = password, except it's numbers only. Nonsense. Passkeys simply obfuscate the problem and move it somewhere else, most often into a PROPRIETARY key management tool. For example, Microsoft wants you to use THEIR authenticator app. Not just any app that adheres to the standard. Nope. This effectively means super-vendor-lock-in. Absolute nonsense.
You can argue that the term "password less" is nonsense, but there is literally nothing about the spec that prevents you from using passkeys as they were designed: with hardware keys that support the open FIDO2 authentication protocol. Yes, you still need a second factor to verify the authentication attempt (via a PIN), but unless you're mailing that key to hackers, the private key generated by your SoloKey, NitroKey, or another open source hardware key, is more secure than any password ever will be.
Passkeys usually require a phone - this is a single point of failure, and one that gives the big companies extra control over you. Phone, number, SIM, and so forth. A beautiful bevy of data. The whole idea of actually having to use your phone as an identity vector is horrible.
Phones support storing passkeys. Phones also support storing passwords. In no way does this mean you must use them for this. You can either use hardware keys, or you can use your favorite open source password manager to store passkeys where you should already be storing your passwords anyway.
You need "biometrics" to supposedly prove you're you to unlock your private key. Biometrics are a form of password, except you can't replace it, and it also gives yet more of your personal data to the big companies. More nonsense.
This is literally a direct contradiction of what the author said in their first bullet point. Use a PIN if you don't like using biometric auth.
The implementation of passkeys is fragmented, vendor-specific, and complicated. Only diehards who love technology can use this. The same kind of people who were "all in" when IoT/cloud crap came out, and now they see their smart homes slowly go offline as big vendors almost arbitrarily cut support for old gadgets and effectively kill products. Because cloud.
Most of this is actually a fair critique. The FIDO Alliance is still working on the spec, and I think they should require any implementation of passkeys to follow the spec to a tee without adding any kind of nonstandard bullshit to their authentication.
However, most advancements in tech begin with only appealing to enthusiasts and later become adopted by wider audiences. It doesn't make them bad that they aren't immediately popular with everyone.
Passkeys only solve one use case - phishing where the user inputs their password and MFA into a fake site.
I'm glad the author can at least recognize that there's at least one thing that passkeys solve that passwords can't. But it's not the only thing. When you enter a password on a site, you're hoping like hell that the service you're using hashes it and hashes it properly. When you authenticate with passkeys, you're sending the site a public key. This key will have way more entropy than any password will, so anyone trying to crack a hashed public key is in for a long, miserable time (obviously not impossible though). But even if they wasted their time doing that, it's a public key. Who cares?
Any service you use passkeys with instead of passwords won't put you in another leaked password database. ~~The public key just needs to be invalidated and~~ you can move on with your life.

I started to develop a minimal version of FosseryWeb 1-2 weeks ago, with the aim of Dillo and NetSurf compatibility, I just "finished" the site (in the sense that all articles and cheatsheets are available there).
In the beginning, it was a bit challenging to find ways to implement the planned design in a way that it isn't broken in the above mentioned browsers, but actually it was a fun challenge, it was a bit like a "don't use modern CSS features" challenge lol. I had to make some changes to the originally planned design to make it work, but hope you like it.
Besides the compatibility thing, I also made the site as lightweight as possible, by including only the necessary CSS styles for each page (mostly), and only include images where it's necessary (e.g. in a few cheatsheets).
If you noticed a bug or have any recommendation, feel free to drop a comment.
I'm aware of some article/cheatsheet download issues mentioned on the Known issues section of the About page (fosseryweb-min.codeberg.page/a…), but I couldn't find a solution for those yet (some of those are browser-related, so I can't really do anything about them I guess). I could solve the Dillo issue by including Markdown files in zip, but even then, unzipping it is one extra step, so it wouldn't be any better than right clicking on the link imo.

in reply to shortstories • • •There was a verbal agreement but no written agreement about getting an exemption to bowing to a object
He said bowing to a picture of him is not religious and he is not saying he is a god
And he has rules like no talking in the martial arts studio except to ask questions about how to do techniques
He really does not like talking so I did not want to get in a long conversation about everything and I got the paper about saluting the flags after I payed up but not before

Ok so this is bizarre he teaches TaeKwanDoe and HapKiDo
I can learn TaeKwanDo anywhere but I signed up specifically because of the HapKiDo
Now his instructions on paper say to
"Salute to Flag"
And
"Bow to student highest in rank"
But when I look online it says in TaeKwanDo that they bow to the flag
Also in pledge of allegiance people put their hands over their hearts
So now I am wondering if it will end up looking like Nazi Salutes or bowing?

"Just salute an israeli flag then?"
I can not choose the type of flag I salute he put up the flags it is an Anerican Flag and a Korean Flag
There is no Nazi Flag and No Israeli Flag
I would not want to salute any flag because it implies blind faith obedience to whatever the authority Figure says
No matter how great they are in their suggestions most of the time I would not want to agree to obey some government authority 100% of the time
