in reply to abobla • • •Switched to Linux from Windows this year and Nvidia has taken the largest share of hardware troubleshooting. I'm open to ditching Nvidia for my next pc build.
Is there a GPU brand that is more Linux friendly or is this just a manufacturer wide problem given the amount of different Linux distros and smaller market?

in reply to skabbywag02 • • •I'm using a nvidia gpu on Linux and I hate nvidia for removing some featuers but they do this only on budget or weak mobile gpus on Linux. Like they removed the ability to set a custom temp for gpu but this applies only on weak or budget gpus, if you have a flagship gpu you get all the features.
