For anyone who makes sauerkraut, I tried a new combo which turned out great!
4 simple ingredients:
Red cabbage (1 head)
white onion (1)
jalapenos (about 6-8)
salt (about 2 T)
Took about 2 weeks to ferment.
Now I have a batch of garlic-dill pickles fermenting (using oak leaves so they stay crispy, but you can also use black tea as well).

what i'm discovering about twitter now is there are a bunch of internal "community notes" sock puppet accounts with auto-generated names that they use to game the fact checking.
it's kind of like free speech but with a sophisticated, multi-layered suppression and shadow banning and fact checking system built in so that yea you can say mostly whatever you want, but they'll swiftly send it into a black hole to whatever extent they deem necessary
