Unfortunately this environment does not seem to work if using vnc or x2go, instead you just get default mate or gnome environments. Also at present, rdp protocol is not working on this new server, I've even gone so far as compiling xrdp from source, no help.

I've been using Linux for 12 years. I've never tried to participate in these forums because I was too scared to get into an argument or being bullied when I was trying to solve a critical problem in my computer. I always tried to search for a previous discussion in which my problem had been solved and apply the solution.

If you look at my post history, I solved my own problems. All I ever got was people criticizing and never actually providing solutions. Which is what most people looking of help want - A solution (or at best a working tip, beyond a vague cryptic statement).
