My first language of Turkish doesn't even have "the" for fucks sake.
Spanish is a rather easy language
German on the other hand not so much. On the other hand, it's usually very precise and information-dense, which is reflected in how fast it rather slow it's spoken, especially compared to Spanish.

gpu is probably the easiest. only two choices and just get the best you can afford while using +60% of your whole pc budget.
cpu and motherboard is much harder. i would recommend a AMD Ryzen 9000 series X3D CPU that fits in a Zen 5 motherboard because they have a very long life cycle (at least zen 4 did) unlike Intel so you can upgrade the CPU in +5 years without changing the motherbord.

this would be my non final first recommendation. 6600 is more than double the performance. you could reduce to 16GB ram but DDR4 is so cheap and windows is bloated. also maybe cheaper case.

that tomahawk board is probably even better than that Gaming one since it has 2.5 Gb/s LAN Port instead of 1Gb/s.
@DarkMahesvara @poopernova I think another thing to add is to make sure when you're picking your mobo and cpu to make sure for sure that it'll work ootb. the current config has a compatibility error, If it's old stock and hasn't had the bios updated.
It should say 5800x but I uh changed it to see if he could cheap out on cost.
